It's just all over the place. Do note that the US was an apartheid state till the 1960's where racism was legally installed. Them whites of the generation of Biden and Trump got raised up in that culture that it was normal to treat black people as 2nd class. And in fact enjoyed apartheid all the way into college. You got to be kidding me the culture of that generation that still is around and is pulling the strings on the political stage already got erased. lol

Yes racism is all over the place. Those in the sixties used government to pay black women to have children out of wedlock. They broke down black families in order to keep them in their place. Now everytime a few jump the government plantation the President just explains it away by saying......"well you just ain't black". Yes, racism is still prominent and THAT form of racism needs to be recognized! And it is beginning to be recognized! Democrats are being more open about how they operate.
