Biden Hires 24 Lawyers and Aides for White House War Room to Strategize for Likely GOP Impeachment

That's a lot of cotton pickin lawyers and staff. It's overkill if you ask me but with all the crimes he and Hunter have committed, I guess he's going to need them. Are the American taxpayers going to pay for them or the Chicoms?

President Joe Biden recently hired 24 lawyers and aides to create a White House war room to strategize against a likely GOP impeachment inquiry, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In a surprising development to come after House Republicans teased an impeachment inquiry against Biden earlier this year, the current commander-in-chief reportedly assembled a team of lawyers, legislative aides, and communications staffers.

Drag in Hunter, put him under oath, and ask him who the big guy is. Then drag in the other Biden family members and ask them what they did to earn those wire transfers.

If the Republican House of Representatives are dead set, no pun intended, on impeaching Biden for whatever, then hiring 24 attorneys and aides is a thing, is it not. Once a person who is either elected or confirmed by the Senate is impeached, then it must go to the Senate for "trial" which is what these lawyers are for. But at the same time, Biden is generally keeping mum, and such actions will energize the Democratic Base, won't they?

 

I will say the same about Biden as Trump

if he did anything wrong, resign and have his vp pardon him and then disappear like Nixon

Impeachment IS political, as TRAITOR tRump, Mitch McConnell and, this unsupported, by evidence and votes, rethuglican impeachment of President Biden proves.

There’s no sense in arguing with TRAITOR tRump’s MAGrates. All sensible Americans can do is keep them from dragging the Nation down with them.

 

Trump is no patriot. He only cares about himself and only himself. He will literally throw anyone, including his own family to save his own neck. He has no morals. He has no political idealogy. He is by definition a narcissist pure and simple. He wants to be authoritarian in everything he does from his marriage to being president. He has literally called for investigating and locking up all of his political enemies regardless of political party affiliation. He has said to shred all the laws and regulations regarding elections, aka he wants to impose martial law the same way Ferdinand Marcos did when he was in power in the Philippines. But he is no patriot.

A true patriot honors EVERYTHING about the Constitution, and our laws, and accepts the results once they are certified by the state and the person is elected through the Constitutional Process. Trump tried to challenge the results with 63 lawsuits but lost every one of them. Pence, like Biden when he was VP, denied any attempt to challenge the results when Congress was doing its due diligence in certifying the election under the Elector Count Act of 1877. And once that person is officially sworn in, that person is your President. That does not mean people have to be quiet if they disagree. But there is a huge difference between disagreeing on policies and wanting to overturn the government. And the moment you say that Biden is the usurper, then you are stating that Biden is the illegitimate president, which means you are not adhering to the US Constitution and the rule of law, which means you are not a patriot.

 

It’s a waste of time, energy and money to impeach Biden and for Biden to amass all those lawyers. There’s no way in Hades that the GOP can get 18 democratic senators to vote guilty to remove Biden. The same as there was no way for the Democrats in their two impeachments of Trump to attain the 67 senators needed for removal. You can also go back to Bill Clinton; no democratic senator was going to vote guilty for removal from office. Unless there is a huge amount of evidence, Watergate type evidence to persuade the opposing party’s senators to vote guilty, these impeachments are a total waste. In 1974 the Democrats needed only 9 Republican senators to reach the 67 needed for removal. Not 18. An impeachment of Biden will be nothing more than a partisan political show with the outcome well known in advance.


Besides, I’d rather have Biden as president regardless of what he’s accused to have done than to have Harris replace him as president.

Nixon had no pending charges he was only an unindicted coconspirator and had he been it would have been an obstruction of justice his involvement was after the burglary in the attempt to pay for the burglaries attorney's with the BeeBee Rebozo money, he testified before a federal grand jury and no perjury charges came out it. Biden is facing serious jail time from bribery, tax evasion, RICO.

If the Dems were smart they would like the Reps did back then and drive over to the White and tell Biden that the evidence was too convincing and still mounting and that they could no longer support him.
