Newsmax Host Celebrates ‘Total Annihilation’ of Gaza: ‘It’s Exactly What They Deserve’

Newsmax host Greg Kelly celebrated the “total annihilation” of Gaza on Thursday and said, “It’s exactly what they deserve,” after Israel continued its Gaza bombing campaign following Hamas’ terrorist attack against Israeli civilians.

On his show Greg Kelly Reports, Kelly defended former President Donald Trump’s controversial comments referring to Hezbollah as “very smart” by pointing out that Trump had previously said the same thing about North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, “the guy who would like to blow up America if he could.”

Kelly then remarked, “And Israel right now is doing a fantastic job pounding Gaza night and day. It’s exactly what they deserve.”

When the allied forces overran Germany in the waning days of WWII, great care was taken, in the main, not to attack German citizens, regardless of the atrocities that their cruel and maniacal leaders had perpetrated…they went for the leaders and for those fighters who failed to surrender…

Cruel as they were, the Nazis weren't terrorists. Hamas, on the other hand, are terrorists and they don't care if civilians get killed or not....

 

German soldiers wore uniforms. Hamas terrorists do not. A Hamas terrorist looks exactly like a civilian. Takes some digging into media and social media in Arabic to know if the dead was a terrorist or a civilian. Journalists usually don't do that, they just quote "witnesses from Gaza". And, as Amnesty knows very well, but doesn't seem to care, witnesses from Gaza lie, a lot.

There is a difference in the dynamics between an aggressor and a defender in terms of perception. It the old David and Goliath dynamic.

I feel bad for innocent people in any war, and certainly oppose intentional targeting.

Not relevant. My remarks addressed the comment by Kelly that the Gazans were “getting what they deserved”. Gaza’s CIVILIANS didn’t commit those atrocities, the Hamas maniacs did…

Not all conservatives are rejoicing in the destruction of Gaza City and not all Muslims are rejoicing in Israelis being slaughtered either. So stop the gross generalizations here.

 

I don't think anybody is surprises that there Americans who think things through, script it, and than blast on air their joy that a genocide on civilians is about to happen.

Undoubtingly those racist hawks in their "think tanks" are blasting all kinds of American politicians to, cleverly packed, go see it their way.

 

I wonder how the 50% population of Gaza that is under 15 deserves total annihilation. What was their hand in this sad state of affairs? No more than the Israeli children that got killed by the Hamas terrorists.

Of course, a lot of those under 15 in Gaza will now grow more hateful of Israel, exactly as Hamas had intended. And, so, the cycle of violence goes on in perpetuity, and the extremists on both sides benefit.

Back on topic, the joy that this Newsmax host seems to get from advocating genocide is kind of sickening.

 

Time and time again, we see that radicalism only breeds more radicalism. When people see innocent civilians being massacred, many of those onlookers find it justified to take retaliatory action that kills even more innocent civilians.. and the cycle continues to go back and forth in this manner for many years to come.

Note that the radicals never see themselves as the bad buys, they only see it as their enemies getting "exactly what they deserve"

 

The sad part is the term “innocent civilians” when it comes to HAMAS and Palestinians is very blurred. No one really knows who is innocent in GAZA, unless they’re a child. And sadly HAMAS straps bombs to them too and send them walking up to soldiers for food. And the fact all these civilians voted HAMAS to lead them muddles their innocence. Hard to avoid casualties when terrorists use human shields.

It’s frightening how many Americans are totally ignorant to any of the facts over there. LGBT or BLM groups defending people that would happily execute them. It’s mind boggling the stupidity of their supporters.

 

How can you tell the difference?

A major difficulty would seem to be the ability to differentiate between civilians and Hamas terrorists. Hamas terrorists aren't uniformed, all they have to do to appear as civilians is hide their weapons.
They do in fact use their own people as shields and camouflage- and that would indicate they aren't fighting for the Palestinian people at all. Israel made a strong effort to tell civilians in Gaza to pull back across the river- Hamas is telling them to stay put. Hamas uses civilian buildings to hide. They keep weapons, ammunition and supplies in such places. That makes them military targets. Citizens- allow that, but I doubt they have a choice given that Hamas is basically in full control of governance there. However, leaving a war zone is possible and is a prudent choice, and Israel has advised them to do so.

These critics of Israel seem to think that there are completely different rules for Israel than for the enemies who attack them. I think that immediately invalidates their criticisms and opinions.

 

Israel will commit war crimes in Gaza.

As they have always done.

Both sides have their hands full of blood.

What is happening there is appalling, and there is no justification for rejoicing in the destruction of entire neighborhoods, home to hundreds of families who are also suffering from Hamas extremism.

Greg Kelly, like the vast majority of MAGAs, has lost the ability to feel shame.

Like Trump, he publicly exposes his hatred and total lack of humanity, and his viewers, as extremist as he is, are happy that at last someone is saying out loud what they've been silently thinking.

The situation over there is complicated, as everyone has said. It can be very hard to tell who is a fighter and who is a civilian. Hamas uses innocent civilians to protect themselves, guaranteeing that innocent civilians are killed along with them. They do this for two reasons. International condemnation of the attacker and for inspiring those innocent civilians who've lost friends and family to pick up the sword with them. When these tactics are used, innocents will die. Maybe more than they would in a conventional war.

But this is not to be celebrated. This Newsmax host is a piece of garbage.

 

Not as bad as the Washington Post. They have spent the last half decade canceling people for their opinions and all of a sudden they decide to stand up for free speech. The reason for this of course is all the young leftists who lost their jobs this week because they stood up for Hamas. How heroic of the Washington Post to stand up for "free speech" if their allies engage in it. What happened to the freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences that they have been shoveling down our throat for the past five years? Where were they when Kanye was canceled for his anti-Semitic comments? In America you will never be canceled for anti-White, anti-straight, ant-male or anti-Christian sentiments. Young leftists need to understand the limits of people they can hate monger against without consequence. This incident provided some clarity for them (at great personal cost to some). Of course the rules will keep changing as America becomes more diverse and more divided.
