?

What's it going to take?

  1. Arrest their opponent

    7.1%
  2. Reintroduce covid stay at home orders

    0 vote(s)
    0.0%
  3. Stuff ballot box

    14.3%
  4. All of the above

Democrats and Republicans too. The fact is Trump and Biden need each other. Both are disliked and neither are wanted by most Americans to become the next president. Both Trump and Biden are seen positively by around 40% of all Americans, negatively by 56% of all Americans.

    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/other/FavorabilityRatingsPoliticalLeaders.html

61% of all Americans don’t want Biden to run again, question 14. 56% of all Americans don’t want Trump to run again either, question 15.

    https://d3nkl3psvxxpe9.cloudfront.net/documents/econTabReport_y2MuS3t.pdf

So the answer is simple, if the democrats want to run, they come up with another candidate other than Biden which would wipe the floor against Trump. If the Republicans want to win, they’d come up with a different candidate other than Trump and probably would trounce Biden.

‘Uniquely horrible choice:’ Few US adults want a Biden-Trump rematch in 2024, an AP-NORC poll shows

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/few-us-adults-satisfied-possible-050344910.html

the choices of Trump and Biden are so bad and so much of a turnoff, you have between 20-25% of all Americans stating they’d vote third party if the rematch occurs whether than choose between the two major party candidates.

    https://s.wsj.net/public/resources/documents/WSJ_Poll_Dec_2023.pdf

    https://poll.qu.edu/images/polling/us/us11152023_regvoter_ufse25.pdf

And others. I think both major parties if they’re interested in winning elections are stupid as all hell to run these two as their candidates. Both major parties tell me they’re more interested in making a statement than winning an election.

2024 is yet again shaping up to be a presidential race of two sh!t candidates. As the great George Carlin once said about American politicians…garbage in, garbage out.

The largest voting block is women and until Republicans candidates have an answer on abortion rights the Democrats will continue to over perform in elections especially with the horror stories (like Texas SC decision) getting attention. An overwhelming majority of the biggest voting block has been turned into single issue voters. That isn’t going to magically disappear.

Otherwise, the standard fair campaign: upbeat on the future of the country while ripping your opponent to shreds. The later shouldn’t be different.

None of the above since now they are just trying to exclude the opposition from the ballot.

"They're poisoning the blood of our country. That's what they've done. They're coming into our country, from Africa, from Asia, over the world. They're pouring into our country. President Joe Biden a threat to democracy," Donald Trump.

"The Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that Donald Trump is disqualified by the Constitution from serving as president again because he stoked an insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021."

Donald Trump is being charged with 91 felonies in four criminal indictments.

Ignoring the fact that our President is not responsible for the war in Gaza, young Democrats oppose the President's handling of the war.

Actually, it can be argued that young Democrats are more of a danger to the Democratic Party than the Republican Party.

As an example, in 2016 young Democrats, disillusioned that their candidate, Bernie Sanders, didn't become the nominee, elected Donald Trump. Young Democrats are responsible for Trump. https://www.newsweek.com/bernie-sanders-trump-2016-election-654320

CNN reports, "Only one-third of registered voters approve of President Joe Biden’s handling of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, a new poll from The New York Times and Siena College finds, with young voters especially likely to express dissatisfaction.

"Biden’s overall approval rating stands at 37% among registered voters, according to the Times/Siena poll, with a slightly lower 33% approving specifically of his handling the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Among voters younger than 30, his approval rating stands at 26% overall and 20% on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

"A 54% majority of registered voters support the US providing additional economic and military aid to Israel, with 38% opposed. But voters say, 48% to 30%, that Israel is not taking enough precautions to avoid civilian casualties in Gaza.

"As CNN previously reported, tensions are mounting between the Biden administration and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over mounting civilian casualties in Gaza. Biden is under increasing pressure, domestically and internationally, to push Netanyahu away from the heavy bombardment of Gaza, which has sparked global outcry and calls for a sustained ceasefire."

Young Democrats continue their loyalty to Trump. "Asked whom they trust more to handle the Israeli-Palestinian conflict between Biden and former President Donald Trump, 46% of registered voters in the Times/Siena poll say Trump, 38% Biden," CNN.

Apparently, young Democrats want Trump to be our next President. There are only two choices right now, and they have made their intentions clear.

    Or, are they just confused?

I'll tell ya what's not gonna help Biden and that is China invading and taking over Taiwan.

Xi told Biden he plans to take Taiwan — by any means necessary

Chinese President Xi Jinping warned President Biden last month that he intends to end Taiwan’s decades-long de facto independence — peacefully, if possible.

Xi told the 81-year-old commander-in-chief that “Beijing will reunify Taiwan with mainland China but that the timing has not yet been decided,” NBC News reported Wednesday, citing three current and former US officials briefed on the meeting.

The White House didn’t deny the exchange, which occurred during a Nov. 15 summit outside San Francisco that was attended by a dozen US and Chinese officials.

“I’m not gonna get into the specifics of the discussion between the two leaders,” National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told reporters on Air Force One en route to Milwaukee. “I think you can understand I’m not gonna read out that private conversation.”

“President Xi has been public and clear about his desires for reunification — that’s not something that’s different or new,” Kirby added.

Many Dems are fine upstanding people, hopefully most of them, but we have some crazed Democrat Judges and Prosecutors trying to prevent Trump being a ballot choice for voters, while also trying to make sure they convict and jail him before the election, and I'm not hearing many Democrats protesting these undemocratic maneuvers to take the choice out of the hands of the voter.

BREAKING: Just the News reporting that “Colorado GOP to have caucus instead of primary if Trump ballot decision stands

“After GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy said Tuesday evening on X, formerly Twitter, that he would withdraw from Colorado’s primary ballot if Trump is not allowed on, the state Republican Party responded: “You won’t have to because we will withdraw from the Primary as a Party and convert to a pure caucus system if this is allowed to stand.”

'You don’t have to be a Trump supporter to realize that the Colorado Supremes went way off the rails, and their decision obliterates (IMHO) the Fifth, Fourteenth, and possibly the First Amendment. But that’s what outcome-determinative judiciaries and illiberal liberals do.'

'This may be the first smart thing I’ve seen the GOP do in years. Granted, it’s the state, not the national level, but McDaniels really ought to step down.'

More mail in balloting, earlier voting. many more ballot boxes around the district. more ballot harvesting, getting rid of ID checks, and yes, more ballot stuffing though that is not quite as easy.

Well, to answer the title, too many Dems think that if Trump is on the ballot, that he will hand them their heads, so rather than work to convince the electorate that they will more perfectly secure the rights of Americans, which is the legitimate function of our government, the pursue lawfare to remove Trump as a choice for the voter!

'Pursuing Litigation, Not Democracy' - Federal Judge Rejects Lawsuit To Remove Trump From Ballot
    [IMG]
"...the evidentiary submissions remove any doubt that Mr. Castro’s purported ‘campaign’ exists as a vehicle for pursuing litigation, not votes..."

Castro just got bitch-slapped by The Court.

'A federal judge in West Virginia rejected a bid Thursday to remove former President Donald Trump from the state's ballot, rebuffing a bid to remove the former president.'

'Mr. Castro, who is based in Texas, has filed at least two dozen lawsuits against the former president to remove him from respective states' ballots in recent weeks. Earlier this month, a judge in Arizona dismissed a similar lawsuit.'

Sure that's a concern and should be for every American ... because if he prevails ... you have to ask yourself, no matter what side of the fence you "think" you're on. what happens when "I" get in his way. TRaitor tRump is a menace and a danger to EVERY Ameirican. Even the ones that have bought into his BULLSHIT. They'll find out when they're out of money they are no longer of any use to him.

But that's NOT what "Dems" think. "Dems" think and worry about what will be left of our beloved country when tRaitor tRump is dead and gone?

People aren't AGAINST tRaitor tRump because of party affiliation, they're AGAINST tRaitor tRump because they are AMERICAN'S!!!!!

    Well,
    • Slandering him is failing,
    • Indicting him if failing,
    • Looks like they will fail at jailing him,
    • Ballot stripping is failing,
What will be their next more desperate act?

For all the things I don't like about Trump, I know of no other human being that would not only survived under the pressure that being brought to bear on him, but thrive. As far as I know he is unique in that respect.

Remember when the same folks told us that if we only nominated a 'nice guy' like Romney, that they would continue to accuse us of being savage haters? And then they savaged Romney. Bribed Joe told a room full of Black Folks that Republicans wanted to put you all back in chains.

Trump seems to be rather unique in that regard. I can't think of an equivalent in my lifetime.

But if all the legal options fail I expect they'll turn up the heat on their Radio Rwanda and hope one of their minions is crazy enough to try to take out Orange Hitler.

You know, the only way the Orange Lard can win 2024 is if they repeat the Jan 6th attack on a much larger scale...and that is something the rest of the country will not tolerate. It is clearly apparent that the MAGAs will come running to his defense of whatever BS he tries to claim. MAGAs are his only support, and we have already seen from the Jan 6th convicts that they regretted their participation, but their unique nature and "intelligence" is what got them in trouble in the first place.

What do the Democrats need to win in 2024?

    Breathe.

The GOP will nominate Trump who has a 56% disapproval rating. It doesn’t matter how bad things are under Biden. Low information voters, ballot harvesting and a lack of enthusiasm from independent voters will put the Democrats over the top.

And for those who think I’m a Fox News robot, Fox keeps saying that Trump can’t lose because of Biden’s negatives, it’s 2020 and 2022 all over again.

The biggest issue with republicans following Trump is that he really doesn’t have a clear platform. The lack of platform is hurting the party badly

Trump’s platform is the same as Biden’s plan. Do the opposite of your political opponent, even if those policies worked.
