    More is the pity

But Trumps true loyal followers are only about 35% if 25% of them do not vote for him his chances of winning look grim

That won't change until the "Democracy makers" are removed from power entirely. I don't trust Trump to fully commit to removing them and Biden is involved with them. Best bet is absolute collapse of the current order.

Really? So illegal border crossings and Fentanyl didn’t happen under Trump? BTW where is that Wall that Mexico was supposed to build and pay for?

That is only 75% of his most loyal - not of total voters

Every time Jack Smith is the prosecutor. lol

Would you like to see a bunch of them?

Jack Smith's Long History of Failed Prosecution Cases Against Republicans
    https://townhall.com/tipsheet/sarah...-following-latest-indictment-charges-n2626354

Smith prosecuted the former Republican governor of Virginia, Bob McDonnell. The U.S. Supreme Court later overturned the case in a unanimous 8-0 decision.

Sen. John Edwards (D-NC), which resulted in a hung jury and a mistrial.

The Supreme Court also rebuked Smith and warned that “the uncontrolled power of criminal prosecutors is a threat to our separation of powers.

Smith was involved in the Lois Lerner IRS scandal during the Obama years where the IRS had to publicly apologize for targeting Republicans.

The unsuccessful prosecution of Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ)

Smith already lost his first appeal to the SCOTUS to leap over the appellant court

Jack Smith Admits Making False Claim to Court in Trump Case
    https://www.theepochtimes.com/us/ja...TVohmBHJw7yoTGcHKH_UBl5SlU1QQ_phoCFScQAvD_BwE

Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team made a startling admission in its case against former President Donald Trump, acknowledging in a new court filing that it failed to turn over all evidence to Mr. Trump’s legal team as required by law while falsely claiming it had.

This is the guy you have pinned your hopes on?
Best of luck with that as he has been shot down twice already in Trumps case. lol

So you assert the first ten amendments are supreme over everything else after them?

Jack Smith is far from alone.

He has a whole team behind him.

He convinced two grand juries to bring criminal charges against Trump in two separate cases, and despite attempts by his legal team, they were unable to get the cases dismissed.

You're blinded by your devotion to Trump, but in reality, the charges he faces are extremely serious and the odds of him being convicted are virtually 100% in the three most serious cases.

Funny how you cut out the part of his post where Jack Smith admitted to not turning over evidence despite lying and saying that he had.

Do you think that's ethical of a prosecutor?

Don't let Trump hate blind you from answering.

At this point you could hang a bag of horseshit in a tree put a “not Trump/GOP on it and it would win

No question. Absolutely I'd vote for him. Get ready for a fun ride.

Note: I won't vote to nominate him though

That 25% will still vote for him. They just don't think he should be the nominee because it could cost the election with independents.

Team of what, more idiots who help him lose his cases. lol
He and his (Team) already got kicked to the curb by the SCOTUS and got caught falsifying information about evidence before any trial every starts. Smith had to admit (because he got caught) to making false claims about his evidence to the court. The same team that lead Smiths other defeats.
    Laughable

Any high school graduate could do that.
Yeah, we've seen his record of getting grand jury votes vs actual convictions.

You're blinded by your hatred which is why you accuse anyone who disagrees with you as Trump supporters.
I couldn't careless if he's jailed or convicted.
You're so mesmerized by the hate Trump propaganda you can't even admit Jack smiths record.

    Like you know squat. lol
Jake Smith is an imbecile with a history of being swatted down by the SCOTUS, Juries, and now the judge in Trumps case. His career is filled with mistrials, overturned cases, and judicial rebukes.

His idiotic indictment offers examples of Trump and his advisers questioning and challenging election fraud, and asking people, including lawmakers, to investigate. Sorry, thats not a crime
Trump’s efforts to press state legislators and other state officials on election fraud were protected by the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Not a crime.

Smith’s invocation of the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1870 to pursue a frivolous block-the-vote charge makes an utter mockery of our nation’s civil rights legacy.

But you're so mesmerized by anything to get Trump, you are one of those who will run up the hill a thousand times to find no wolf, but be ready to run a thousand times more any time some cries wolf. It is entertaining to watch the dance though.
    It really is

    (a) It was not Smith personally, It was his 'legal team.'

    (b) I see no reference to lying which implies intent. What happened was inadvertent.

For someone who thinks he knows so much about our court system, I will let you in on something...... Here in America the prosecution must provide all evidence that will be used against the defendant to the defense team. It is called discovery.

Ultimately Jack Smith is in charge of his team. So he does not get to blame it on his underlings.

Guilty verdicts have been thrown out after the fact because it is unethical not to provide all evidence to the defense team. It doesn't matter what the excuse is.
