that is BS. Prosecutors are supposed to uphold the law when the law is violated. That is not poltiical motivation, that is the rule of law that people like you, until recently, were on the bandwagon for. Now that "one of your own" is caught with their pants down and now you are complaining. Geez, talk about the pot meeting the kettle type of thing.

Another good one. You are swayed by what a politician says whenever it fits your preference. I always assume the words of a politician are lies. They are good at lying. It is how they achieve political power.

Trump would not be prosecuted at all had he not chose to run and you know that. These prosecutions only have any buoyancy because of November 24. There would be no urgency to pursue them otherwise.
Who would imagine being prosecuted for fraud with an absence of harm done? When actually the supposed victims received timely payment profit included?

The timing of these prosecutions coming about in an election year is proof alone. These proceedings should have begun in earnest 3 years ago!

Nothing about my post demonstrated hatred and dehumanization. I can call out the immortality of other people and recognize the threats they pose to society and our country without being consumed by hate. It's necessary to call out their beliefs and actions for what they are in order to illicit change. It is necessary to protect the people that will be hurt by them and to protect our country from their ignorant and naivety.

You don't seem to know what dehumanization is when you are applying it to me.

Dehumanization is when people reject the humanity of an unborn child so that they can morally validate killing it.
It's when white Slavers viewed blacks as sub-human race so that they could legitimize their enslavement like everyday cattle. It is viewing an 8month unborn person, capable of experiencing pain, as an extension of the mother, an organ, so they can morally validate tearing it's limbs off in the womb before finally killing it via abortion.

The double standard of the democrat party when it comes to these matters is of no surprise. If they didn’t have double standards in matters like you describe they’d have no standards at all!

Yes, nothing spells a high standard than wanting to elect the guy who tried to unlawfully subvert the 2020 election. the guy who continues to spread the lie that the election was stolen by Biden.

    Got it.

No you don't. You call an opinion a lie. It is opinion because the matter has never been investigated so his opinion is just as valid as yours. In other words it all just opinion.

He still would have been prosecuted, but it may not get the attention in the news if he was not running than if he was running. This would be especially true with the Documents case, the Georgia RICO case and the January 6th case. Do you think the case against Senator Mendenez would be dropped by the Trump Administration if Senator Mendenez resigned as well? Inquiring minds want to know, just sayin

Of course it did when you said
What you posted was a euphamism that anyone who does not vote like you do, "hate the country, kill the unborn, mutilate and confuse children." In other words, any and all Democrats/Independents, which you hate with a passion. Why else would you use those words.

Democrats may have different ideas or beliefs, but they don't hate this country. They are just as patriotic as the average conservative who is voting for Trump, Nikki Haley, or any other GOP candidate. And that is why you are an enabler to Trump and his cronyism politics. End of story.

You need probable cause to investigate.

Trump lost over 60 lawsuits either by his lawyers or that of his surrogates.

Judges rejected his evidence. (proof offered on request). Don't give me the crap 'standing' argument. In a number of the suits evidence was provided, and rejected.

All elections have irregularities and, as such, they are not 'probable cause'.

Irregularities, all of them have been investigated at the local level (irregularities are always investigated at the local level, if there is a question of election integrity) and none of them point to 'dems stole the election'.

So, what is your probable cause?

It takes time/years to investigate, and then, indict.

Remember Muller’s investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 Presidential election?

Q; How long was Muller’s investigation?

    A; Nearly 2 years.

The bottom line here. Had he settled into retirement and began development of his presidential library and played golf all the time these banana republic charges would never have been brought against him.

since President Trump’s first day on the job. The administration has systematically promoted the interests of corporate executives and shareholders over those of working people and failed to protect workers’ safety, wages, and rights.

Well they had three. They delayed to get closer to the election. Point is, it wasn't important to them until they saw Trump's support and wanted to take him out of the election, or at least beat him down. Surprise! Surprise!!

Why are you dragging independents through the mud for what democrats either support or pretend don't exist?

Not all democrats are the problem. It just happens to be that most of the people that are the problem tend to be democrats. And tend to be leaders of the party and in legislative power.

Because a huge percentage of the population hate his guts on toast. Accept this - you are never going to convince the majority that he is anything but a rapacious con artist grifter with a penchant for assaulting women

Actually it is apparently not uncommon and normally it is handled the way it was with Pence and Biden. The discoverers notify that they have found something and it is returned with haste to the archives. What makes the trump cas different was his inordinate lengths of obstruction, and the sensitivity of the materials

Trump’s legal battles related to his mishandling of classified documents started 4 months before he formally announced his candidacy, for example; His request for a special master.

Also, what actually delayed the indictments against Trump was Garland’s appointment of a special counsel.

Well, it does conflict with the fact that Trump is a man who lacks any shred of human decency, humility or caring, is morally bankrupt, breathtakingly dishonest, lethally incompetent, and stunningly ignorant of virtually anything related to governing, history, geography, human events or world affairs, who is a traitor and a malignancy in our nation and who represents a clear and present danger to our democracy and the rule of law,

Oh,. but I do, the FBI Dir Comey, a republican appointed by a Republican, declared that she was reckless, but broke no laws.
No, wrong again; classified docs in the hands of WH exec staff is rather common, so common in fact that the DOJ's policy is not to indict for mere possession, but to indict only for 'aggravated circumstances', you know, such as refusing to return documents after they were requested forcing the FBI to issue a search warrant, going on TV and declaring you have a right to them when you don't, misstating the PRA, etc, etc., etc.

Which goes to the fact that my arguments are precise and correct. Can't say that much about your very weak rebuttal.

No, the issue is that your guy is such a loser and criminally stupid you can't handle the fact that he's been subject to 91 felony counts and you need to say that so you can feel good about yourselves.

And yet, during the time he was president, the economy was better, the border was more secure, our troops and ships were not being attacked on a regular basis and there was less threat of global war.

Oh bullshit. he left the economy in tatters and chaos.

He didn't end the war, Biden did.

He didn't have the courage to do it, and quit repeating the same BS over and over again.
