In other words, he is NOT saying Trump's value should be $18-$28 million. He is saying Trump's value is 2,300% more than that. It should be clear to you why Engoron is saying this. A difference of 2.300% is VAST. An immediate signal that something's not right.

The Deed witness was ignored by the court - a witness cannot interpret or apply the law. That's the law. And what little he managed to opine on, was wrong - not in my opinion but according to the law, the IRS, and the actual conservation deed.

Trump not only blithely changed the valuation of his properties for banks or insurance (he could do it 3 times in a year), he also lied about the acreage, renovations, income and use of many of them.

In his financial report, he wrote that his Trump Tower condo was 33,000 square feet.

Whereas he has one of only 11,000 square feet.

If it was a residential property it would likely be much higher than it is currently but with the land development restrictions and inability to subdivide the value is impacted.

We would need to see income statements (non-fraudulent ones) to determine actual value but I have seen analysis say between $85m to $150m, potentially a little more as likely.
