Owebama and his stooge Biden howl and yowl about correcting Owenbamster's DISASTERS by his phoney "tax the Rich" Scam.....which by including the $250, 000 as the "RICH". And, the truly idiotic new Tax Regulations (60 new ones) by the %^$#@* Dodd/Bwarney Fwank Bill, in effect ANNIHILATES the Small Business people who are the creators of ~75% of the employment of America's workers.

Not only that, even if the so-called "RICH", which does actually include the really "RICH".....were taxed TWICE as much as proposed......even that would NOT alleviate. or correct, in any appreciable way the (*)(*)(*)(*) DISASTER caused by The Monumental Fraud Owebama.

And, BTW......the Corporations when taxed would simply pass on their taxes to us......so Owebama's tax on them is really Owebama's tax on us....the general public.

As far as the Billionaires....who are already paying the largest % of taxes n the World, or close to it.......will not be gouged further. They will simply pick up their marbles and invest overseas. Their huge investments will create jobs OVERSEAS.....

Bottom line: Owebama is a (*)(*)(*)(*) DISASTER !!!

 

For accuracy we must address that President Obama didn't take office until 2009 which was after the housing bubble burst. We still have about 2 million excess homes on the market that haven't sold and until those homes are sold there will be no recovery in new home construction which is the leading cause of the residual effects of the recession. President Obama is wrong in trying to create jobs as he's not addressing this issue which is paramount in our recovery but the problem did not originate on "his" shift. He's just screwing up by pretending that US government can fix the problem as are the Republicans.

Back to Perry he's come out as a religious nutcake that opposes the US Constitution (1st and 14th Amendments) and has zero chance of ever being elected as President.

 

The bubble was created during republican control, the recession just was a result of that.

The banking industry wasn't all that involved in the housing bubble. Most of these loans were made by mortgage investment firms, not banks, which is what many fail to understand. Countrywide Financial, for example, was not a bank. Countrywide Financial, which has since been purchased by BoA, funded 20% of all mortgages prior to the collapse of the housing bubble.

Of note Clinton was involved in deregulation of the financial markets which allowed companies like Countrywide Financial to rise to the top. This was made worse by the Bush Adminstration when he promoted home ownership for those that couldn't afford homes in his 2002 State of the Union Address and subsequent policies to implement it.

All-in-all President Obama wasn't involved at all and is misguided in his attempts to just "spend more government money" to address the problem. The problem was and is the excess homes that were built that are waiting for someone to purchase today.
