Perhaps Army conscript service and drugs have rotted so many of them . Certainly far too many of them are gross and an embarrassment to their parents and quite different from their exceptional women .

He did showed a huge disrespect toward my country and nation too ! This can not be considered as a positive approach nor irradiating positive signals for having a constructive debate ! And yes, I consider Russian women to be very beautiful and posses extreme natural beauty !
But not so loyal, and maybe I think that they behave like that due to the fact that their males are drunk all the time,and avoid working most of the time.
That's why there is an excessive number of Russian girls marrying others ! What can they expect by Russian males - who are parasite all the time ?!?

Second, Russians from this forum have exposed a deep disrespect toward my country, the Republic of Kosovo, as seen in this and other threads.... I had to counteract, and will do it more intensively if needed....

You have touched on a complex and sensitive subject .
Remember there is a huge imbalance of the two genders and in Vladivostok Oblast ---- possibly the most extreme example --- women outnumber men in the ratio 62-38 . Staggering .
In general terms , many women would love to be loyal but they are obliged to be either celibate ( not enough available free men) or take what scraps are given to them by rotten , cheating men .
It is too easy for Russian men who want to take advantage of a fortuitous situation .Which is why so many of the men are ignorant , arrogant and throw backs to where we were 50 years ago . They do not have to compete or think . It is "on a plate"
Many men .But not all .
But they know no better . And , in fairness , their appalling behaviour would probably be matched by us ( in general terms) in identical conditions .
Separately , you can point to a trend among younger Russian women and mainly those from big cities , to play men at their own game
Hardly surprising and understandable even if a little sad .
But in my experience , if you are savvy , the outstanding women outnumber the " baddies" by 99 to 1 --- you can spot the wrong ones immediately unless you are an innocent abroad .

As for disrespect . There are a couple of young lads who are regular contributors and "silly Billies" . I would take no notice of them . Neither have anything to contribute and are quite likely to be paid plants , here just to upset sensitive people .They disrespect themselves and I know that the bulk of OK and decent Russians find them a gross embarrassment .

For example, pure non-senses were written in here, like the case with the fake thread about some "religious war in Kosovo", and as you may have noticed it now, an direct racist poll toward my nation !

That was Americans, who first started to use labor/concentration/death camps. Then the British took over this custom in the Anglo-Boer War.

In all the times I've seen Conquest’s 20,000,000 reported, not once do I recall seeing his qualification attached to it.

Considering that Stalin died in 1953, note what Conquest did not include -- camp deaths after 1950, and before 1936; executions 1939-53; the vast deportation of the people of captive nations into the camps, and their deaths 1939-1953; the massive deportation within the Soviet Union of minorities 1941-1944; and their deaths; and those the Soviet Red Army and secret police executed throughout Eastern Europe after their conquest during 1944-1945 is omitted. Moreover, omitted is the deadly Ukrainian famine Stalin purposely imposed on the region and that killed 5 million in 1932-1934. So, Conquest’s estimates are spotty and incomplete.

I did a comprehensive overview of available estimates, including those by Conquest, and wrote a book, Lethal Politics, on Soviet democide to provide understanding and context for my figures. I calculate that the Communist regime, 1917-1987, murdered about 62,000,000 people, around 55,000,000 of them citizens .

As for Stalin, when the holes in Conquest’s estimates are filled in, I calculate that Stalin murdered about 43,000,000 citizens and foreigners, over twice Conquest’s total. Therefore, the usual estimate of 20 million killed in Soviet democide is far off for the Soviet Union per se, and even less than half of the total Stalin alone murdered.

But, these are all statistics and hard to grasp. Compare my total of 62,000,000 for the Soviet Union and 43,000,000 for Stalin to the death from slavery of 37,000,000 during the 16th to the 19th century; or to the death of from 25,000,000 to 75,000,000 in the Black Death (bubonic plague), 1347-1351, that depopulated Europe.

Another way of looking at this is that the annual risk of a person under Soviet control being murdered by the regime was 1 out of 222. But, compare -- the annual risk of anyone in the world dying from war was 1 out of 5,556, from smoking a pack of cigarettes a day was 1 out of 278, from any cancer was 1 out of 357, or for an American to die in an auto accident was 1 out of 4,167.[

Now, I must ask, with perhaps an unconscious touch of outrage in my voice, why is this death by Marxism, so incredible and significant in its magnitude, unknown or unappreciated compared to the importance given slavery, cancer deaths, auto accident deaths, and so on. Especially, especially I must add again, when unlike cancer, auto accidents, and smoking, those deaths under Marxism in the Soviet Union were intentionally caused? They were murdered.

When you see again the figure of 20,000,000 deaths for Stalin or the Soviet Union, triple them in your mind.

 

Nothing can compare with the scale of RUssian terror and genocide. I mean compare the stats , we are talking about tens of millions of Russians killed by the side of their governments and make a comparison with American ones. Plus, do take in the consideration the time when these illogical parallels drawn by you did occured?

Well Leonardo , It looks as though we have a smart and fair Moderator keeping an eye on things . She seems to have the measure of those trying to abuse you racially and now we might see a great deal more of the nicer Russians who obviously resent the bullying Nashi actions of the youngsters .
We have the Parliamentary elections on Sunday and the drop in the United Russia share of the vote will be interesting .
Many voters are so sick of the false and rigged nature of all elections that they will be abstaining . That's a start in a move toward eventually producing something approaching democracy .
The United Russia Party is in trouble with projected share of those voting falling from 66% last time to a forecast 53%.
This is a situation which improves by small steps but perhaps one day soon the revolutionary sparks will be blown into a raging fire along the lines of the Arab Spring Revolution .
Meanwhile the alarm bells are ringing for Dmitry and Vlad the Bad . After Putin was so roundly booed last week , bribes , promises and absurd statements are ten a penny .
As we say ," Softly , softly catchee Monkey" !!
