Flounder, I messed up

No, flounder...he lured all of the dogs. He put antifreeze in sausage and threw it to the dogs that would eat it. Here in Texas, dogs are up there with the cows, chickens.....you dang sure can't poison one. But, until we can prove it, there is not much we can do. His mother lived next to us, this guy lives about 2 acres away. Not that far! But, now everyone knows what he has done and some where their dogs too!
