I thought the Oct 18 deadline was for federal employees. Last I saw, the deadline for contractors was Dec 8 and still pending the provision of the actual order. What paperwork did you use?
The EO was amended. Contractirs and subcontrqctors are not subject to the mandate and thus require no accomodation. HOWEVER they will have to mask and be subject to travel limitations. That's where it is now. If you haven't submitted an accomodation request yet as an employee for a contracted company, don't. You don't need one.
The paperwork I can scan and post somewhere online but you don't need to submit one as a contractor's employee.
