WHat's up with the restricted access? Something about an "open proxy server" wouldn't let me in, so I went off line and restarted my connection, then I got on the forum. ANy ideas what's going on?

Are mods allowed to edit thread titles? Because the "a" key didn't respond when I was typing one and then it won't let me edit the title. Can you help me out?
