Why hasn't Zimmerman been arrested?

Here comes the anti-termite retoric at the first mention of a jewish. No need to hide behind who you realy are, no need to change your names, and no need to fear anything. The jewish are superior in the USA. Be proud of your jewishness let the America know you are in charge and you have the power to do anything you want. You are absurd, for not realizing that it may be perfectly acceptable for anyone to be shot and killed, depending on the circumstances. If and whenever you have some evidence to show that Zimmerman did not shoot in self-defense, THEN you
might make a case to say Zimmerman not being arrested is absurd. Until then, you're just spouting hot air.

 

There are other witnesses. The police interviewed a man named "John" who saw the event taking place. They interviewed him in the police station at the same time they had Zimmerman there. I heard his account on the radio. His account was consistent with Zimmerman's. A 13 year old boy also spoke up and backed up Zimmerman's version.

 

"John" gave two different versions of what happened and the 13 yo said he didn't know who was on the ground. Doesn't matter much with his second degree murder charge as it is evidence he was full of BS.

 

Apparently the special prosecutor also thought that not arresting Zimmerman was absurd!

So. . .are you ready to recognize that YOU were spouting hot air?

 

Why has Zimmerman been arrested?

That is an easy question to answer.

There is clear evidence he is guilty.

 

What evidence would that be..?

He said he didnt believe Zimmermans story, which is reasonable, but he still needs EVIDENCE to support a different story. Cant just use free form speculation as to what else could have happened, and arrest someone on that basis. Or I guess I have to say, shouldnt do so. And cant help but notice this special prosecutor hasnt given even a hint as to the existance of any other evidence. Just a 10 minute speech as to how great they are.

They'd have to have some evidence pointing toward guilt, otherwise, the State wouldn't have charged him...

That's generally a prerequisite...

 

She meant the encounter was an accident (read: chance encounter), not the shooting...

 

There is plenty of evidence which is why Corey was so peeved Sanford put so much of it on the city's website because it allowed people to see what SPD knew and the SA still turned down an arrest warrant even before the investigation was complete.

 

This just proves that no matter how many facts disprove your position you guys still find a way to wiggle out.

That's not naive, nor is it an assumption...

The charge sheet says that the prosecution is being entered in good faith, and that testimony under oath has been received from material witnesses to the offense listed...

That would mean that they have some sort of evidence showing that Zimmerman should be charged with a crime...

No. He said it. She pointed out the cops tried to influence his statement to be pro Z and even when so far as to say the color of Z's jacket instead of asking what color the boy saw.

 

911 calls and police reports in addition to Z's statement about what happened.

 

Witnesses, phone records, location of shooting and Z's own statement proved he lied. That is why he is licking up the 2nd degree charge.

 

Which all to this point support his assertions. Can you point to even one thing that does not?
