well thats where legislation comes in. make it a law where those receiving services for the government like welfare,BC or hell even abortions have to prove that they are in fact sparing some of their time to atleast give back to the country in some ways if they dont have a job. and make it into legislation that if they dont do any work then they wont receive welfare, they wont receive BC or any other aid provided by the government.

OR something along the lines of letting her keep the baby by signing a contract stating she will return the favor and be allowed to receive welfare and such to help care for her child. as long as she doesnt have a job and spares her time to give back to the community she made herself a burden in, she will be fine.

You mind telling us what year that was? How much was college back then? Did you notice this woman goes to community college in Texas. Rick Perry cut funding for higher education and they had to raise tuition.

Furthermore the point is if you are dealing with an irresponsible person you want as few barriers between them and birth control or they might get pregnant and then you are stuck with a real bill.
