Complaints about the USA

We have watched as the US Government redefines the word "tax", and "regulation" such as we've seen a million times before with "war", "prisoner", "torture", "meat", "cheese", "bread", (and which they tried and are trying to do with "sugar"), "speech", "person", etc. such that now they can make you pay a "tax" to "regulate" your inactions, something which flies in the face of what it means to "regulate".

The US Snow Ball Effect is a process whereby an initial seed (snow) grows slowly into something very different than what was originally specified, and even into something originally specifically not wanted.

The founding fathers established tax on behaviour and actions, and now it has become a tax on lack of behaviour and a tax on inactions.

The founding fathers said US Government would be "for and by the people" thereby suggesting that something is being excluded, that the government would not be significantly for something else besides natural people. They have since redefined the word "people" to mean corporations and yet a corporation has less tax, more power, and everything above regular people, so as to make the regular people second class citizens in the USA, thereby contradicting the founding premise of the very constructure of the US Government itself.

They have fed their people disgusting science experiments... Bone scrapings previously not fit for consumption, but now cleaned in ammonia which remains in the meat but doesn't need to be listed as an ingredient, secretly listed as beef despite being largely connective tissue never historically considered to be meat, again unlabeled, listed as "organic" because the only labeled parts are organic... Deep fried in oil, fed to children with a science experiment dipping sauce, a sweetener made in a science laboratory, and a similarly made pizza sauce that reports as a vegetable on government checklists... And they are surprised that their population is statistically more diseased, disgusting, and fat than any place on the Earth... They then blame this fact ON THE PEOPLE and claim that America's great successes cause the people to eat too much.

"The cows gobble it up" they say, of the cornstalks which cows would never eat in nature, and which make the cows sickly and nutritionally deprived requiring them to be pumped with artificial vitamins and antibiotics if they get too sick... They gobble it up because they need to eat more to maintain nutrition.

So I am not surprised about the latest occurrences.

I agree with every line you wrote. Every statement you made.
We need to have this all changed. It can happen. Not sure how, yet.

 

Like a US Corporation, I both support and don't support BOTH parties, all parties. I don't care who is in Government... Have you noticed the corporations support both and neither also? They have people to lobby BOTH sides. They don't care who is in government. They can have a Republican OR a Democrat push any corresponding piece of agenda at any given time.

The American Patent System has changed from "FIRST TO INVENT" into "FIRST TO FILE" under Obama.

This means that even if you are the PROVEN INVENTOR of an invention, in the USA, a company can patent your idea thereby stealing it. YOU HAVE NO INCENTIVE TO INVENT.

The USA used to honour inventor's rights AND IT DOES SO NO LONGER.

The USA has an incentive for divorce whereby men and women are rewarded monetarily by taking half of the bread winner's income.

Women of the USA do not culturally nurture and care for their males financially, and so usually this means the woman will take the man's funds.

The man is the then REQUIRED by the US Tyrannist States to pay money to the female during the entire time of the chiodren's upbringing, essentially destroying the man and making him a societal slave.

 

The United States is a system of debt, not wealth. The majority of people acquire so much debt they spend their entire lives paying it off. Cars. Homes. Boats. Recreational Vehicles. Education. Furniture.

Americans buy all of those things on credit and deplete their wealth down to NILL.

Americans who ARE luckey enough to run a business find that they are at the mercy of corporations, beholden to corporations, ruled, controlled.

What's more, an American inventor who creates a new contraption can NOW (After law change by Obama) have his invention stolen and patented by a Corporation and the original inventor CANNOT recover the patent even if he can prove inventing it. Even if he can prove putting the invention into use years prior... SIMPLY BECAUSE HE WAS NOT THE FIRST TO FILE the patent.

This puts an unfair burden on the inventors, basically saying they must keep their inventions TOP SECRET to avoid corporations stealing them, an unrealistic burden. Most likely it will cause inventors to be AFRAID to share their invention with the world, and worst, it will deplete their incentive to invent! They have no guarantee of keeping their invention anymore.

If a small businessman attempts to patent his invention, and if it gets rejected he could lose it and a company can steal it and file the patent correctly. IF HE GOES TO A THIRD PARTY THEY CAN STEAL THE PATENT and as long as the corporation they sell it to is first to file, the inventor cannot recover his patent despite being able to prove inventing it.

There is no incentive to invent anymore in America.

You have a pretty good mind, but you've been misled.
Corporations are made up of people. The income of a corporation is distributed to it's stock holders and bond holders. To tax a corporation, and then tax it's stock and bond holders a second time on what the corporation earned, is double taxation.

Deal with it. Corporate taxes are stupid in their entirety. All they do is pass the tax to their consumers in the price of the product. Taxing a corporation in your own country is tantamount to taxing your own exports.

It's no wonder corporations are leaving with a stupid tax code like we have.

Actually, no...it depends upon the state. In New York, maintenance is capped and one most prove a significant disparity in income and that the marriage existed long enough to justify it. Child support is capped at 17%, which is not entirely fair to the full time custodial parent, but ... fair to joint custody situations.

 

Well, in fairness people were calling him crazy when he predicted 2 months ahead the 9-11 disaster and when he predicted the DAA. He throws a lot out there to get people talking.

Lets be honest he's no worse than Fox or MSNBC and in many cases he's better because he sticks it to both parties equally.

Yes, the stockholder gets a dividend but doesn't really have a say, since his vote is swallowed up by the corporations that invest in other corporations. But those corporations are made up of small stockholders who can also vote but cannot out-sway the corporations, etc. So really, the only people who have a say are the CEO's and look what has happened in many cases with them as the final arbitrator.

Much like government, I suppose.

Unfortunately, there are too many systems broke in the USA, and no corporation dedicated to fixing it.

 

The entire United States country is turning brown. Now I appologize for the racist statement, but in reality most of the world is brown. Where is there a place for light-skinned folk to survive?

Whites who *are* racist have less mates to choose from, and brown folk who *aren't* racist possibly have many mates to choose from. The result is a browning of the American country with a propensity toward brown.

Illegal aliens flood accross the US borders and once an area of the United States turns into a third-world country they move north to avoid the harsh conditions.

Illegal alien communities have saturated several regions.

The white culture in the United States has died. It no longer exists on TV, sports, radio, music.

People who will accept less money are hired preferentially by corporations. If the person is healthy, personable, and better yet... He/she is willing to take the money and follow orders. That mostly describes immigrants who come to the country with not much money and will live on beans to survive while established people (whether they are light or brown) will require more money.

As such, many jobs go to immigrants and they create low code ecosystems around themselves and keep their family together because the wife hasn't learned that she gets a lump-sum payment by divorcing the husband.

THE UNITED STATED HAS CREATED CONDITIONS THAT DESPISE WHITE FOLK.

The United States *CAN* lead its own revolution and copitulate to the needs of common people.

Look at the British Monarchy. They *DID* copitulate to the needs of their people... and they still exist.

I AM SAYING. The United States Government has many opportunities to salvage itself in the world and public opinion. Even if the USA encountered the worst situation and needed to collapse, it could collapse into ITS ORIGINAL constructure, because arguably the USA is NOT conformant to the ideals of its founding. They can always say: "We lost our way, and we will become the true USA again".

When Validation Boy mentions "Outright Physical Force", he is making a facetious (satirical, humorous) statement suggesting there is no alternative and that change in America can only be accomplished brutally. He is also suggesting that the solution is so obvious that the OP's confusion as to the solutiom is comical.
