    I've been posting at boards for years and I look forward to meeting you folks here.

    I live on the Ohio River just a few miles downstream form Pittsburgh. It's the buckle on the Rust Belt.

    I am a low level bureaucrat. I am the county Building Inspector. A life-long registered Democrat, a college graduate, a reader and classic film buff, environmentalist and gun owner. I advocate free speech, worker's safety and rights, equality in all things and wisdom in government spending.

    It's the upper Ohio River valley: ground zero for union membership and environmental activism (as our particular part of the environment was so damaged). Folks here are two things: life long Democrats and Steeler fans.
