What an amazing speech! She wrote it herself too. So proud she's my first lady!

Although I do not support an Obama reelection, I do think Mrs Obama deserves an Academy award for her delivery of the speech.

She indeed, did very well. Particularly the last 5 minutes or so.

 

Was great , The First Lady made me proud also good job .

 

America is being swallowed alive by debt, household net worth has dropped by about 40% during the Obama years. Obama has run up five trillions dollars of debt in less than four years. Long term unemployment has doubled under Obama.
And Michelle says Obama is so wonderful...let's give him four more years. Who is really out of touch? Someone advocating failure for America and it's families...Michelle Obama.

Some of the subliminal messages they were speaking of constantly were pro “government” ie. teachers, janitors, first responders, the city water plant and military — all admirable jobs, but all unionized government jobs nevertheless. (except for the military..but THEY hate his guts)

She is a decent deliverer of prepared remarks, but it was forced and plastic and relying entirely on emotion.

Essentially the sub-text was “you did not build that” and how government helped you get to where you were going and how you were helped along the way by government because without government none of you could do anything..so vote for more government and we'll keep giving you stuff....

Over the past few years as First Lady, I have had the extraordinary privilege of traveling all across this country.
Yes..we noticed..and other countries, too

I've seen it in teachers in a near-bankrupt school district who vowed to keep teaching without pay.
Obviously they weren't members of one of your pet unions. Union teachers wouldn't do THAT. It's all about the money with unions. Especially government employee unions..

Every day, the people I meet inspire me…every day, they make me proud…every day they remind me how blessed we are to live in the greatest nation on earth.
The first time in her life she was proud of america was when her husband was elected...she said a few years ago..I notice she avoided that black militant stuff this time.

Our life before moving to Washington was filled with simple joys…Saturdays at soccer games, Sundays at grandma's house…and a date night for Barack and me was either dinner or a movie, because as an exhausted mom, I couldn't stay awake for both.
Child, please. She worked in a law office and he was...whatever "community activists" do/are...generally rabble rouse against white people. Then he got elected to the state senate where he had an excellent voting record. He consistently voted "present".
State senators make decent money..after all..it's a government job..and we know how they LOVE government jobs.

My father was a pump operator at the city water plant....

And when my brother and I finally made it to college, nearly all of our tuition came from student loans and grants.
Most white college students need student loans...

Grants=Free stuff from the government for minorities.

But my dad still had to pay a tiny portion of that tuition himself.
