has anyone noted the word 'enrichment'? the material is easy to find. It is only and i say ONLY of putting together enough to sustain a chain reaction. About two golfball sized amounts. That's it! My point, is that a fission (nuclear reaction) is just that easy; the neutrons (per se) of its neighboring, enables the next. having the material enriched (concentrated) in ppm are the percentages he is talking about. . .
Abu, to run with your canine based title, it reminds me, I have years of experience working with dogs, mostly big or powerful types. Seen em all, the Rotties, the Dobermans, the Staffies, the Mastiffs, etc. Helped out at dog rescue, rehomed them, and often had to retrain them. Most can make great pets, if given proper care and upbringing. Dog to dog aggression, fear aggression, barking, all of that can be solved. Usually. However, on occasion, you get a dog that is born demented. The one I came across, we tried and tried to make it less aggresive, in the end, we had to put the safety of the public and other dogs, first. It was just nuts, it hated ALL other dogs, it hated anything that moved, in it was very aggressive. We tried a muzzle on it, but no use, it was just a torment. Sadly, there was no alternative but to have that dog put to sleep. Shame. We later found out that the original breeder, had been in breeding his dogs, to retain a given look. Bad genes. Some people can go wrong, then go right again. Others are dangerous to the world, by way of being born rabid.
