There are not any records kept as to how many occur to my knowledge tho' i've heard of it occurring. Furthermore airplanes and jets are fixed objects while running until they begin to taxi or take off.

And wind turbines are no danger to birds until the wind picks up. So what?

Yes and that is the only possible answer. Did any of these crusading journalists bother to get a copy of the EIS document first?

You realize of course, that oil rigs, tankers, electrical lines, auto factories etc... have killed literally millions of endangered species over the last several decades. Are you equally outraged about that?
dontcha just love how ConservaRepubs how EVERY administration, both Dem and GOP, allows global corporations to get away with daily violations of the law?

Neither is the government going after energy efficient spiral light bulbs for causing skin rashes in a small number of sensitive people because of all the UV radiation they leak out. Isn't it the government that tells us to wear sun block outside to protect against long term skin damage from the sun? So now they are sticking UV-emitting bulbs in our homes? There is no warning about this on the packaging, unsuspecting consumers are buying these bulbs. Who is going to reimburse me when I have to go spend a lot of money on a dermatologist about a mysterious skin rash and do not know what is causing it? Or when someone gets skin cancer 5 years later because of the cumulative long term skin damage?

Gee, where were you for 8 years while Bush didn't enforce these laws either?

You are scraping the bottom of the barrel here. If you want to close down all the wind farms, write a letter to your Congressman. What good does it do to manufacture faults with a President you despise on the internet? As you can see, there are plenty of people who despise any President, but they are nearly always re-elected anyway.

I think you misunderstand. The game here isn't really to complain because the government fails to micromanage every aspect of our lives. The goal is to blame Obama for every evil real or imagined.

First of all, I've seen no evidence that Bush didn't enforce these laws. I only have your biased word to take that he didn't.

I find it impossible to believe that hysterical Bush haters would stand by silently and let magnificent eagles get slaughtered (ever seen a bald eagle in the wilds? I have) and do nothing about it.
Secondly, I am really tired of Obama apologists using Bush's failings (if indeed he did fail to enforce federal law) as justification for his own voluminous failings and shortcomings.

It says so much about The Lightworker that the most common defense against his imcompetent presidency is Bush did it too!
I thought the rationale for electing Obama in the first place was that he would be a real change from the Bush years and ways of doing things.
Now the zombies that protect Barry Obama admit he is just like the hated George W. in so many ways. It's a laugh, really.

I merely want the law enforced.
