Don't ya just love how the Obama administration picks and chooses which laws it will enforce....based on their politics?
They have never prosecuted for the endangered birds being killed by Wind farms......however, they have often prosecuted oil and fossil fuel industry using those endangered species laws. More hypocrisy and double standards from those at top!!
[h=1]Wind farms get pass on deaths of eagles, other protected birds[/h]The Obama administration has never fined or prosecuted a wind farm for killing eagles and other protected bird species, shielding the industry from liability and helping keep the scope of the deaths secret, an Associated Press investigation has found.

CONVERSE COUNTY, Wyo. – The Obama administration has never fined or prosecuted a wind farm for killing eagles and other protected bird species, shielding the industry from liability and helping keep the scope of the deaths secret, an Associated Press investigation has found.

More than 573,000 birds are killed by the country's wind farms each year, including 83,000 hunting birds such as hawks, falcons and eagles, according to an estimate published in March in the peer-reviewed Wildlife Society Bulletin.

Each death is federal crime, a charge that the Obama administration has used to prosecute oil companies when birds drown in their waste pits, and power companies when birds are electrocuted by their power lines. No wind energy company has been prosecuted, even those that repeatedly flout the law.

AP investigated and broke this story so apparently some people care about the wildlife that the government is supposed to protect, even if you don't.
It's unfortunate that some people are willing to overlook anything depending on if it benefits Obama or not.

It's very unfortunate that some people are willing to blame Obama for for everything under the sun , throw it at the wall see if it sticks .

Very simply, is the AP invetigative report true or not? Are you willing to provide evidence to the contrary?

We both know you aren't, of course so your post is nothing but partisan puffery.

Yes but only 18 months of having any control over congress. I will enjoy pointing out each and every wrong doing and hypocrisy of his administration. It will be a great day for America the day he trundles his stupid arrogant ass back to Chicago.

As with "Nobel Peace Prize" winning Obama's ramping up of indiscriminate drone attacks on furrin brown people,
a little "collateral damage" is perfectly acceptable if "common good" outcomes may be realized.

I enjoyed that too, I never voted for Bush, not in 2000 and not in 2004. He was too much of a RINO for me.

    Of course I do.

Where is the DOJ and EPA on the breaking of law by the wind energy company's killing large amounts of protected species birds? C'mon Bob Perciasepe, show us you have more brains than Jackson.

So, have conservatives changed their mind on climate change then?

Or are they waiting to accept it when obama can be blamed for it?

At the rate Obama is going......making enemies of the press who all loved and adored him so.......being caught lying about something as important as 4 Americans, including an Ambassador being murdered....purposefully targeting conservatives and keeping them out of the political system in an election year....you'll be lucky if he lasts to the end of his term.

Isn't that amazing??? Bush used the drones for attacks on terrorists expected of imminent attacks ONLY 50 times in 8 years. Obama has used them 400 times in just a little over 4 years. And now....for his cover....he's asking for Congress to make another law that will stop him!!!!! Hey, how about just using some common sense like Bush did??? Even Colin Powell is now saying publicly that they should be used by the military NOT by the CIA as Obama and his gang are using them. What I find hilarious on that issue is the deafening silence of Democrats. Democrats who went on and on about Bush's use of drones 50 times during 8 years.....but nothing about how Obama is using them. Will they EVER pull their collective heads out and at least TRY to be consistent in their views????

This was one of the reasons the IRS targeted Conservative groups, they might actually use tax free cash to sue the EPA and DOJ for not enforcing the law on wind farms as they do on oil companies.
