The reason that China is even allowed to buy the Su-35 is because the Russian's consider sales of Su-35's as a NON-ISSUE to any possible threat they might pose to Russia Militarily as well the Su-35 is not considered a High enough Tech. design of any level that would warrant a FOR RUSSIAN USE ONLY label to be placed upon it in the manner the U.S. F-22 has.

The F-22 cannot be sold to any other country and this includes U.S. Allies.

The F-35 can be sold but this is only to U.S. Allies as well some aspects of Highly Advanced avionics and targeting are not available to some countries as well the U.S. F-35's have aspects that are only in U.S. planes.

The Su-35 is simply a 4th Generation Aircraft and can be shot down by U.S. F-15's upgraded with new systems and New Air to Air Missiles.

There have been many contracts. Not sure of your point. Number of mighty SU-35s sold to anyone other than Russia, ZERO!

not true the entire F35 proposal in canada is being reviewed as it's been judged too expensive, unsuitable for our needs and not living up to the hype, a new competition for a for a F18 replacement most likely will be conducted... this is a flying pig that the government is trying to distance themselves from quickly...

Nope the "contract' is for the 24. Not 24 plus the contract. Not to mention that the Russians claim there is no such contract with the Chinese. Still ZERO SU-35 sold to anyone other than Russia. I guess that tight grasp upon your delusions is much more comfortable than a grasp of reality.

Problems with understanding the text? Again? You drunk,or what? I said "domestic"--->for Russian Airforce. Should I explain you anything else? Perhaps you are yet not aware of water is wet and sun is bright info?
That is a lie. Check your sources, US fanboy. But, most importantly, watch for your tissues supplies.
So how many F-22 were sold?

I would like to see both sides post links to why their fighter is better.

I would especially like to see the 35 pilot vs the 8 euro fighters.

I believe it, watched an episode on the military channel where one F22 pilot too, out 5 super hornets. The hornet drivers said 4 of them were dead before locating the f-22. Then the last guy saw a radar sig for a second. The F22 bugged out, came back and shot the hornet down without it being seen once again.

The days of "dog fighting" seem to be over in my opinion

Sure. Sure Locheed Martin want you to believe it, because F-35 flies like a brick and citizens must be sure that their boys are the best and flying the best.
They were saying the same during 60-th with those cute early F-4 series with no canon installed. Too bad this thing backfired.

Wile you do have a point about the F-4's and the Vietnam era, I think missile tech is far far what it was then.

I am a bit frustrated with your response.

I asked both of you to post links, so far this is a great discussion and I haven't made a decision.

Then you come back attacking my thought that dog fighting days are most likely over. So you have no links to back up your Russian fighter?

So? Countermeasures and planes' agility have improved also. At the moment planes acceleration and maneuverability exceed pilots physical abilities.

Did you have a relevant point? Still, ZERO SU-35 have been sold to anyone other than Russia. No wonder they are so anxious to sell some to Australia. First sale is always the toughest. Seems to be a fact you cant come to accept. You claimed I was ill-informed and still you havent yet even pointed out what I was wrong about.

LOLOLOL! You think I give a (*)(*)(*)(*) if a man of your character accuses me of lieing?

TAIPEI — Russia is denying Chinese media claims that Moscow and Beijing have signed agreements to sell Russian-made arms and military technology to China, including 24 Su-35 multirole fighter jets and four Amur-class diesel submarines.

ZERO SU-35s sold outside of Russia. Grasp ahold of a little reality if you can.

We'll talk, when your hangover will end.

For one, you should stop reffering to bunch of nobodies and increase your shamefully low knowlege on the subject, lier. Especially I advice you to study smth about recent airshow in France.

So, how many F-22 were sold, o great drunken guru?
I am asking this for the 3rd time.

You would seem to be the one who is clueless. My statement that ZERO SU-35s have been sold outside of Russia is still a fact you cant deal with. What is it you think I am uninformed about?
AND ZERO F-22s have been sold because they are not for sale. SU-35 has been flying since the 1980s and you havent sold a one yet outside of Russia

And who would buy the thing anyway, except to steal the technology? Its designed to defeat an enemy class of fighter that no one ever figured out how to build lol

Sell most the fighters, and get a good air defense system installed that no one can penetrate?

In short Australian pilots must die because th Lockheed Martin wants to garner money,White House promoyes its interest and nobody cares for aussies.

As to dogfighting - it was already tried to makke aircrafts without guns. Onle missiles, So what? Do have tje most advanced fighters guns or no?

What real pilots say about it?

In a dogfight, Medved notes an Su-35 can salvo a pair of missiles. The first, an active-radar-homing one, will force the F-35 pilot to take evasive action, exposing his beam-on radar cross section and exhausts to another (heat-seeking) shot.

Plus, with its large internal fuel load, the Su-35 can perform multiple attacks, launching missiles, turning hard to evade and then re-engaging. That is, play “cat and mouse” with the Aussies. The Sukhoi’s much better inventory of BVR (beyond visual range) missiles can then finish the job. As Medved says, “Run in for kill with R-73 or guns. No (F-35) can ever out-fly Sukhoi in knife fight.”

And, the colonel adds, with the PAK-FA coming, the F-35 “best stay home unless escorted by bigger brother.”

    Sold not sold?

A tipically american way of handling things!

If its sold it's all right. If not it's no good.
What does it have to do at all with tech features?

I am sure if Australians, Canadians, New Zelanders and other so called allies could choose the would deny this F-35.

Just because it;s not a scrap,

    It's a RARE crap!

Syria wanted to buy MIG-31 in 2009. Israel objected and threw a big hissy fit. If Russian hardware is so bad and behind the West, then why is Israel so scared of any weapons sales to Syria? Always whining about MIG-31, SU-27, YAK-130, and S-300 AntiAircraft System!

Because if they didn't whine, they wouldn't get piles of money and weapons. If they had true faith in their God, they would say "Thanks, but our God is strong and will protect us. We don't need your weapons or money. Our God will smite our enemies and we need do nothing but praise Him."

    On the contrary
I just say that a plane that moves slowly in comparison to another one who moves faster has no chance as in the case with F-35.

This is one of the main featrues of anyaircraft.

Trolling is an american way of treating the facts.

The idea is thatAustralians being force e technically backward plane are running big risks for nothing!
