Well, we're just going to have to disagree on the interpretation of the Polls then, because I see a growing movement against AA, and particularly against any kind of Racial Preferences.

Furthermore, the opinions of Working White Americans has absolutely shifted against both over the last two decades.

And there is plenty of evidence that the Democrats are losing more and more of the Working White Vote, without which, they cannot win.

Which is again, the point of the OP.

I'm fine with the disagreement of the polls. It just looks split to me.

I'd agree with the working white american view shifting, but I'm not sure if support the idea that it was naturally progressing that way or if this view was manufactured. I'm not quite sure of a lot of things as of late...haha

As far as the split between whites and people of color along party lines, this is not surprising to me. Lots of polarization is happening these days on all levels and all possible issues where there's been a muddying of the shades of gray and only black and white exist on issues, which is harmful. Generally, the public will vote for moderate solutions and candidates, but this hardlined look at everything seems to be designed to divide and conquer America...and sadly, it seems to be working. I'm hoping 2016 will be different as I don't see the midterms going well to introduce more independent thinkers into house and senate.

Do you think that Obama has improved the Democratic Party's position with Working White Voters?

I don't tend to look at working voters in terms of race, so I don't have a specific opinion of this. I think there's a large (maybe just loud) sentiment among working white voters that simply sees Obama as a guy trying to get revenge on whitey for one reason or another, but I don't think it's significant in any way. Overall, I think working voters in general have a distaste for the president since our country continues to treat the working class like crap overall.

Sorry for the you more. But this OP is the only deserved answer.

Seems to me that your intransigence and stubborn denial will only doom the Democratic Party.

Sometimes the greatest challenge is open minded acceptance and consider of criticism.

If the Democratic Party cannot or will not see the error of Government Institutionalized Racial Preferences, will be fade into obscurity.

I am not American. Even if I was American I'd never vote the Democrat Party. But telling that Democrat Party is anti-male and anti-white is pure bull(*)(*)(*)(*).

They sell themselves as equalitarian party. They sell themselves as the party to give more opportunities to the minorities, for this reason the Republican won't never get votes for them. Because the approach that they do is usually against them, while the Democrat get the sympathy from the minorities and the "progressive".

and, when was that? Jim Crow? Before civil rights act?

It seems like you want to return to an era before 1964.

This is the silly argument always posed by Lefties in their defense of their precious Racial Preference Pandering for votes.

I suppose you think there is not difference between the America of 2013 and the America of 1964?

That there are no Blacks with college degrees, or positions of authority in government or responsibility in businesses?

That Interracial marriages haven't become common place?

That Millions of women are not now both college graduates and leaders/owners of businesses?

That our schools, public venues, businesses and military are not racially integrated?

And that all of those people only made those accomplishments because of bias given to them by Affirmative Action?

That removing that Crutch will cause all of the progress to vanish overnight?

Is that how little faith you have in the TRUE EQUALITY of Women and Racial Minorities?

You believe all of that, and then you have the Gall to call me a Racist?

... or maybe, just maybe, you're scared to death that your precious political power is largely based on keeping them BELIEVING that they need you and your crutch to achieve.

I don't. I think that where it counts, there is very little difference between the races and genders, and that AA is Unjust BECAUSE we start as essentially equal, and giving the preferences makes the system unbalanced.

Well, it seems like you are more interested in throwing ad homs, than answering the question. Enjoy.
