With Obama's job approval languishing in the low 40s, I cant help but chuckle at your and other leftists insistence that Obamas scandals have not hurt him. It reminds me of the black knight in Monty Pythons Holy Grail that keeps saying "cmon and fight you pansy, it is merely a flesh wound", after each limb gets cut off in a sword fight.

Oh, that Obama. He's so unlike every other U.S. President who served as a strict constitutionalist.

Politics as usual while decrying moral indignation can be boring, after a while.

obviously well within constitutional limits, however.

Logical fallacy. Trying to excuse bad administration by blaming others.

Does anyone else recognize the cognitive dissonance of a chief magistrate being able to ask for war (even on drugs) on the Peoples' dime but not Faith in executing a federal doctrine or State laws regarding employment at will.

Obama's popularity is very low according to some sources it is lower than Bush's was at this point in his second term. All debatable I agree/

Obviously though the jabs are landing and by extension it reflects on the democrats in general. There may be no hardcore evidence to pin anything on Obama but it is clearly more than rumors , imaginings, and speculation. In the world of politics implications and circumstantial evidence are more than adequate and both gop and dems angage in these practices.

Politics as usual and you should complain when dems pull their tricks I suspect you do not

We have only one president at a time. Obama has occupied the WH for the past five years so I'm watching him and his actions. At this time it matters not what President Harding or President Bush did. You, sir, should focus more on being a patriot rather than focus on being a democrat.

That it is easier to take our republic to war than to faithfully execute our own laws.

A Patriot for a country that spits in my face, has no border, is being willfully colonized by Mexico and the Third world, and whose entire foreign policy, apparently, is not to strengthen itself, but to strengthen the position of Israel?

I'll leave "Patriotism" and flag waving to the Republican geniuses who seem to have such a good grasp on how to save America despite me not ever seeing a single worthwhile conservative political victory in my 34 years of life.

Unlike President Obama, I'm not a Constitutional scholar.

That said, I do at least posses the capacity to read and comprehend it. ;)

Why didn't you demand the truth from George W Bush about 911 which was more than just a bunch of emails?

It's impossible to land a punch with someone who is already dead (brain). Those who continue to babble about Bush and apparently think McCain is relevant are a hopeless, empty bunch.

"The evidence is clear that the IRS illegally shared tax information"

I know of no such sharing. But right winger continue to make that claim.

"that the IRS targeted conservative groups"

I know of no such specific targeting. The list of 501c4 groups that were flagged included several liberal groups as well. But since the flood of 501c4 applications that followed in the wake of the Citizen's United ruling came from astroturf right wing groups, its only natural that most of the ones examined were from the vast majority. None the less, NOT ONE tea party or conservative group was denied their non profit stutus, Not ONE tea party group has been able to document that it was damaged or prevented from operating while the IRS reviewed their application. And finally, NOT ONE right wing group actually even needed to obtain 501c4 tax status in order to operate. They only needed that because they wanted to con the rubes out in red state America that the astroturf they were being fed was "grass roots" instead of what it reall was, K Street and Wall Street money.

,"the NSA illegally eavesdropped on Americans and destroyed evidence when ordered not to by a court"

Yes, and conservatives cheered for the passage of the USA Patriot Act which enabled this. When the Bush adminstration was caught doing this illegally, conservatives cheered for it, and attacked the critics. Now, they are the critics. Hypocricy anyone?

"the ATF illegally sent guns to the drug cartels"

I am not aware of this either. I am aware of no evidence to support it, but, again, this is a favorite right wing meme. Fact are not required.

,"the VA kept phony records to justify bonuses but in LibWorld that might not be illegal"

This was not an Obama policy.

"and laws that are properly enacted by Congress are ignored or changed at the whim of the dictator. The invasion of undocumented Democrats invited by Obama continues unabated"

Add a dollop of nativist paranoia and mexihate to round things out!

Escapism, via the lame stream media/TV. Americans are busy learning how to play soccer, especially the ones who no longer pay taxes due to having given up the search for suitable employment.
