civilian airplanes are no go. I have no clue why you defend something like this. This is Putins war against Ukraine. It has nothing to do with EU.

Why was the plane shot down? IF, we go on the assumption that Kiev had the plane shot down, and that's an "IF", because I'm not yet willing to DECLARE that either Kiev, or the rebels did it, then I would surmise that the motive was one to put all the Western Europeans in a bug-eyed, panicked "alert" mode, calculated to make them adopt a militant attitude toward the East Ukrainian rebels, and Russia. At the moment, Kiev really wants this kind of support, because right now nobody but Obama is "stirring the pot" over Ukraine, and raising hell about more and more sanctions against Russia.

What motive would the rebels have for doing it? What motive would the Russians have for doing it? Honestly, I cannot think of ONE! If Putin ordered such a thing to be done, it would be incalculably stupid beyond belief -- and such fathomless stupidity is NOT something that I have ever observed in Vladimir Putin....
[IMG] "...but if I DO decide to kill you, it will be for a worthwhile reason, that benefits me and my country! Why waste time, money, and effort otherwise?!" :omg:.

Sorry no ...putin is now a war criminal he doesn't get a free pass because the USA has acted poorly elsewhere...anyone familiar with my posts over the years know I have no hesitation placing blame where I think it belongs, american, russsian or my own government....thr russians/putin are guilty of criminal/ genocidal behaviour, there is no excuse for it and russia/putin have to wear it...

there is no point in anyone deliberately doing this but putin is complicit because he knowingly created the situation, encouraged and enabled the participants...putin is completely responsible...

if the rebels shot down the plane (which we are 90% sure they did), then Putin shares some responsibility as he gave them the weapons.

Germany simply should ask Ukraine. If they agree, Russia must shut the (*)(*)(*)(*) up. Putin killed hundreds of dutch and 4 germans and about 30 malaian people. It is a matter of ukrainian souveranity only, not russian.

Russia has to s hut up.

Putin gave the order. He wanted to shoot down a military ukrainian plane, but his military are badly educated and stupit,. sorry. Or they did simply not care.

German services say it was Putin; russian terrorists do reject any research at the moment. Why? They want to hide something. That MUST be smashed by german or nato special forces. Russian arrogance is unbearable, sorry.

I wud agree with ur statements but with switching Putin on Obama. This way the picture is closer to reality.
I wonder why the West go with sanctions on Russia (Putin), blaming him for inaction in resolving Ukrainian crisis, when few phone calls from White House cud stop all the bloody mess over Ukraine. Its clear as a day for those who isn't brainwashed.

Applying just a minimum amount of logic shows that the rebels had nothing to gain and everything to lose if they shot down the airliner. Kiev, on the other hand......

I'm curious as to what the black boxes might reveal.

you're assuming they could tell it was an airliner, from 30,000 ft.

No, I'm assuming that anyone with a functioning brain cell would know it was not a Ukrainian plane. At that altitude (33,000 ft.), at that speed (over 500 mph) and so close to the Russian border, it is obvious that plane was in flyover mode and not on a mission within Ukraine.

Sure it was, they're apparently crediting an attack to an SA-11 missile system now. Released data seems to indicate that contact was lost well outside of rebel territory which is strange.

Hey Fabien, the Germans are America's puppets, face it. When U.S. tells them say or do this, they obey like robots. No discernment what so ever, It goes back to the Hitler era.

SA-11 has a range of 18 miles and the crash site is only about 8 to10 miles from Snizhne (and well within pro Russian separatists area) and no one knows if the missile launcher was further afield.

One missing for the Transport plane and one missing for the Airliner.
