J.P. Morgan Chase to Run Iraq's Trade Bank, U.S. Says (Update3)
Aug. 29 (Bloomberg) -- J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. has been selected to operate a bank the U.S. is creating in Iraq to manage billions of dollars to finance imports and exports.

J.P. Morgan, the second-largest U.S. bank by assets, will lead a group that includes 13 banks representing 13 countries to run the bank for three years, said Peter McPherson, the top U.S. economic adviser in Iraq.

``Iraq will become important to these banks,'' McPherson told reporters in Washington in a conference call from Baghdad. ``These banks were making a view on the future of Iraq.......''

That may be the case if the hospital is a county owned hospital but I'm not aware that is so for privately run hospital.

Remember that 0-care was enacted ostensibly to make health care affordable, though of course the method is entirely wrong since it's simply trying to force us all into a great big, expensive subsidy program instead of going after the root causes of high treatment costs. I don't think you can blame illegals for those high costs that have existed for a long time now, but again I'm not entirely sure where to place the blame. It might simply be a case of severe economic distortion as our wages, salaries and other forms of compensation, and with these the prices we pay for most consumables, have sunken to artificial lows while certain other things, like health care, automobiles and houses, have remained where they should be relative to the real rate of currency inflation, and this is all thanks to bank and government manipulation of our formerly free market.

This could drastically change things for the manipulators and the big buyers know it. The US mint sold twice as much gold and silver in Sep. as they did in Aug.
If the vote goes in favor then the Swiss will have to repatriot their holdings and possibly a default could be exposed since most gold in the east is now in the paper market and physical amount is being very secretly hidden as the West buys it up at the bottom basement prices.
They will also be forced to bump up their holdings to 20% of their assets and make global demand increase.
If I may suggest might want to buy before Nov. 30th. I think things are going to change. But then I thought manipulation would stop when the London fix was exposed too though. They just knighted new princes to take their place.
