This is EXACTLY correct. These people are simply looking for a reason to riot. After hearing about the evidence, the only crime here is dragging and vilifying the Police Officer. Gentle Giant my ass. You can sell any car to a salvage yard without the title as long as its older than 5 years and inoperable. All you need to do is show some ID, which could be fake ones, and odds are the car is going to be stripped and processed before anyone even knows it was there. That car is probably worth a thousand bucks or two. Easy money.

Imagine what would happen if the aliens suddenly sprinkled amnesia dust into the earth's atmosphere. Our precious vicious circles of hatred would begin to disintegrate and we would be forced to kindle anew that favorite human process of manufacturing excuses for indulging our primitive ferocity.
The alien's amnesia dust might be make believe but the various factors which energize our animosities and provide us with a desire to behave like irrational idiots certainly aren't.
