What is happening in Ferguson is TERRORISM.

Terrorism is defined as follows: the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.

What the crowds are doing in Ferguson is using physical violence to intimidate the state and those around them into seeing the world in their manner. That's all this is. These people should be treated like terrorists.

 

They want white America to know that this is the consequence of not giving them what they want. And almost half of white America is willing to validate this view.

I don't think this fits the definition of terrorist. It seems to fit the definition of violent protesters, but not a terrorist.

But ya I'm still asking where the National Guard, and by extension the Governor, is because we need thousands armed troops occupying this entire area.

This isn't terrorism. It's mindless lawlessness. It's a bunch of uneducated animals responding the only way uneducated animals know. I hope this city remains a vacant slum as a memorial to what we have allowed to become a defensible response to a grievance in America. They will learn an important lesson that they learned in South Central Los Angeles during the Rodney King riots back in the 1990's. They tore up, looted and burned everything they could. Not only did the businesses that were destroyed never rebuild, but other major chain stores fled the area. All they accomplished was forcing themselves to get on the bus and ride 10+ miles each way just to buy groceries. Their pleas for the grocery chains and others to return fell on very deaf ears. Notice there hasn't been any rioting there since.
