    I'm dealing with it quite fine, as a form of protest, but alas, it appears you are having a major problem with it. Old habits and old ways die slowly I guess.

    Everybody cares. Reread the OP. Men can go without a shirt not because they oppress women and enjoy their superiority. The answer is much easier. Men. Don't. Have. Boobs. That's the difference. There are certain parts of human bodies that should not be demonstrated publicly. Female breast is one of them. The problem of liberals is their inability to understand basic differences between people.

    They have nothing to do with feminism, believe me. True feminism is about respect. There is nothing respectful about showing off your body.
    Unfortunately there are too many people who advocate female rights - that really should be protected - in obscene and ridiculous ways. How is it possible to blame men for sexual objectivation of women and at the same time publicly demonstrate your naked body in the middle of the street? Either you claim respect or sexual freedom.

    I am not afraid of feminists. I respect them. Feminism has nothing to do with these 'ladies', though. Have you read the OP? It is not about hatred towards women, I was talking about generally accepted cultural norms.
    Have you seen Emma Watson showing off her body publicly for political reasons? I haven't. I believe she is a marvelous example of a present-day feminist. Intelligent, charming and talented, she doesn't blame men for female suffering, she is advocating dialogue between genders. That's the way you are supposed to do it.

    5) Culturally accepted norms change. They have no problem with that in Europe and Japan. However, Muslims and U.S. Christian conservatives (who have more in common with their Islamic brothers than they'll admit) are offended by breasts.

    Is she doing it for an attention grab or is she doing it as part of a larger role? Seems it a larger role and not the sole thing going on.. She plays a kid that is molested by her father btw. If you think the whole purpose of the role is for her to show her boobs well that says something about you ;)
