Nor have I implied otherwise, yet all the breaches of civil rights I listed still happened. Personally I think America the ideal is finally after 200+ years coming close to the concept of freedom that this Country was founded upon... but we still have a ways to go...

    Such as?

What special rights are they trying to force on society? Specifically how will special rights for gays directly effect my life and rob me of my liberty?

Of course it is. Being in harmony with nature is always easier. Being out of harmony with nature will always create problems, no matter how hard a group of people work hard to manufacture consent, to try to make what is not in harmony as accepted as that which is in harmony.

Breaches of civil rights in U.S. has nothing to do with democracy. Those breaches were caused by small groups of elitists that seized all the power. It is not democracy when one federal lawyer can change meaning of words.
Special rights for any group directly effect my life because I have to pay for their privileges.

yep, tons. I don't think they fit the whole 'beatnik' term though. Less berets and experimental jazz and more dreadlocks, manbuns, birkenstocks, homemade clothes, and psytrance music.

Its harder to fire gay people and that is a fact. We had a worker who was late, ran work twice on the machine in order to eat up time and reduce workload and was just generally a poor worker. The manager specifically said that they made sure to have lots of extra paperwork about his poor performance because they didn't want to get sued for discrimination. He worked longer than any other employee would have been allowed to work.

While I support gay rights I pretty much threw in the towel concerning the gay movement itself. I have never seen so much (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)ing and whining about how hard they have had it yet gays tend to live in some of the most affluent communities in the country. Gays in the US need to shut the (*)(*)(*)(*) up and quit whining when their problems are a pittance compared to what gays in Africa and the Middle East are experiencing. I also get sick of activists constantly comparing their movement to the Civil Rights movement and essentially trivialize it.

The fact that they are going out of their way to pick fights with Christian businesses. The part that stands out is that they don't have the balls to try the same stunts with a Muslim business because that is another protected class according to liberals.

How so? Taxes? If so a moot point as you will pay taxes no matter if same sex marriage is allowed or not.

As for civil rights, what civil rights have the "small groups of elitists" breached?

Well, it may be moot point for you, as a recipient of those benefits, but certainly not for me.
If government addresses needs and provide special accommodations for one type of sexuality but ignoring other types, I feel like the government supports slavery.
It forces me either to be gay and receive benefits or to pay for gay sexuality.
That is how my civil rights are breached.

What special accommodations? Why are you so afraid to answer?

Special accommodations were specifically made for homosexuals such as gay marriage. Don't you know about that?
In case you did not know government only has addressed needs of homosexual people ignoring all the others types of sexuality.

Word marriage has been changed to serve homosexuals only.
Don't you think it is special accommodation?

It used to be that marriage addressed a relationship between man and woman. Recently several representatives of judicial power said that marriage is only about sexuality.
If it is about sexuality, then all types of sexualities should be accommodated.
It did not happen, special rights were delivered to homosexuals.

It is easier not being a quad too, whether born that way or as a result of choices... that does not mean I am victimizing them by being and interacting primarily with non quads...

I do not feel guilty because a person is quadriplegic, and I am not sure gay people are seeking my pity.

That being said the board isn't wrong, just meaningless.

How? Laws banning them were unconstitutional. That isn't a special accommodation.

what other types have asked the court to weigh in?

No, since two straight men can also marry.

No judge has ever said any such thing.
    Non sequitur.

What laws? There was no laws that divide people by sexuality similar to race segregation laws.
That is why gay judges imagined non-existent laws and delivered special rights to homosexuals.

Once you find laws that divide people by sexuality let me know.

There was NO SINGLE WORD about straight man in marriage laws.
That is where whole problem is. There is no such thing as straight man, people were divided by straight and non-straight for the sole purpose to deliver special accommodations to gays.

    This is incoherent.

    - - - Updated - - -

Every state which banned same sex couples. Those laws.
What gay judges and what special rights?

People were divided by gender, not sexuality.

If you so coherent have you find any law about straight man?
Once you find one let me know.
The existence of institution of marriage is not a ban on gay marriage.
The same way existence of gynecology and obstetrics is not discriminatory to males.

    Dealt with this already.
    Already dealt with this.
Right. But bans on same sex marriage is. Those bans have been overturned as they are unconstitutional.
This is a really dumb analogy.

So, I do not see any answer about straight man law.
As expected you have nothing to say.
You clearly agree with me about special rights for homosexuals.
