Just imagine how boring the 4 democrat debates are going to be.

    Are you for gay marriage?
    Hillary - "Yes"
    Bernie - "Me too"
    Martin - "Me too"
    Lincoln - "Me too"
    Joe - "Me too"
    Jim - "Me too"

    What about universal healthcare?
    Hillary - "I'm for it!"
    Bernie - "Me too"
    Martin - "Me too"
    Lincoln - "Me too"
    Joe - "Me too"
    Jim - "Me too"

    Fixing our broken immigration system?
    Hillary - "Absolutely"
    Bernie - "Me too"
    Martin - "Me too"
    Lincoln - "Me too"
    Joe - "Me too"
    Jim - "Me too"

Free college, better education, help for the poor, streets safe from the police, saving the planet from climate change, LGBT rights, more money for infrastructure, medical care for the elderly, saving the trees, saving the whales, stopping income inequality, equal pay for women, children, animals, bigger government, higher minimum wages, renewable energy, cap and trade, affordable housing, electric cars, and world peace?
Hillary - "Anderson, I can say without a doubt, I am unequivocally in favor of all those things"
    Bernie - "Me too"
    Martin - "Me too"
    Lincoln - "Me too"
    Joe - "Me too"
    Jim - "Me too"

Stopping evil republicans and their war on women?
Hillary - "I think that only a denier would say that republicans aren't evil. I think the science proves that republicans are evil."
    Bernie - "Me too"
    Martin - "Me too"
    Lincoln - "Me too"
    Joe - "Me too"
    Jim - "Me too"

They would be bidding against each other to see who could promise the most government goodies ($$$) to an American public that loves their guvmint checks.

Too late that's decided, WHO CARES?

    What about universal healthcare?
Hillary - "I'm for it! AS LONG AS CORPORATIONS, INSURANCE COMPANIES AND DOCTORS RAPE THE PUBLIC AND COLLECT BIG PROFITS"
Bernie - "I'm the only one smart enough to know that America's best bet is single payer, government run health care for all"
    Martin - "Me too"
    Lincoln - "Me too"
    Joe - "Me too"
    Jim - "Me too"

Free college, better education, help for the poor, streets safe from the police, saving the planet from climate change, LGBT rights, more money for infrastructure, medical care for the elderly, saving the trees, saving the whales, stopping income inequality, equal pay for women, children, animals, bigger government, higher minimum wages, renewable energy, cap and trade, affordable housing, electric cars, and world peace?
Hillary - "Anderson, I can say without a doubt, I am unequivocally in favor of all those things"
Bernie - "Only I really believe in free college to be financed by taxing Wall Street transactions, a tiny tax that those ASSS WHOLES would barely notice"

    Martin - "Me too"
    Lincoln - "Me too"
    Joe - "Me too"
    Jim - "Me too"

Stopping evil republicans and their war on women?

And even if that's the case, that's what Democracy is all about, people voting for what they believe in.

Watching adults can indeed get boring. I think everyone would rather watch the republican children fight about who loves jesus more.

Among Republicans there is a good deal of diversity of opinion on many issues.

Not so among Democrats, they are in lock-step on virtually every issue. Not much for them to debate.

I know Republicans who are pro choice and some who are pro life. No Democrat would dare be pro life, they toe the party line. I know Republicans who are in favor of "anchor babies" getting citizenship, and some who don't. Democrats all toe the party line here also.

    Your turn.

Trump's worse criticism of Jeb Bush is that he's boring. Remember the Chinese saying, "May you live in interesting times" is regarded as a curse, the worst thing you can wish on the descendants of your greatest enemy

Whereas the Republican disputes as to which Koch Brother should get the most tax breaks at our expense are fascinating.

It's simpler than that. The republican debates are a contest to see who gets to fellate the koch brothers first.

Predictable how you conveniently slinked from the main topic. The point was that most Democrats have the intellectual diversity of sheeple feeding at the trough. Your answer?? Play the Koch card. It kind of proves the OP's point….

I commented on the first page that people watch the republican debates for the same reason people watch reality TV, to see how stupid people can actually get. The democrat debates are not as spectacular because there is no bible thumping, or science denying.

The Koch Brothers are #59, or maybe it was lower, on the list of largest donors. Of the top ten, six are unions and nearly all of that money goes to democrats.

The Koch Brother are philanthropists who build hospitals, museums, theaters for the arts, and give heavily to other charities for cancer, environmental and animals ect. Also, they are very socially liberal, pro-gay marriage.

I can't understand why liberals demonize them so much.

I would say that the "not a person until birth" scientific theory on when does life begin is pretty much a denial of current scientific understanding.

Climate change is caused primarily by the Milankovitch Cycles (eccentricity, axial tilt, precession). This we've known for about a hundred years. Climate scientists who say otherwise are called "climate deniers".

But on the subject of the democrat debates, I don't think they'll get the draw that the republicans got. That will spell trouble for the democrat. It will show a large "enthusiasm gap".

Rich democrats don't support the democrats?

Of the top 10 individual contributors:

4 of the top 10 gave primarily to democrats for a total of $103.3 million. Steyer and Bloomberg were #1 & #2 respectively.

6 of the top 10 gave primarily to republicans for a total of $47.9 million. Charles Koch was #10 with $5.2 million.

    https://www.opensecrets.org/overview/topindivs.php

Now let's here you cry about how unfair it is that democrats are getting more than twice as much money from the rich as republicans get.

I'd bet George Soros is higher up on the list of largest donor's. BTW, do you have a link to some such list? <just asking>

I see I kinda misread that. It's the old republicans are for the rich/democrats for the poor meme. I think that is just a matter of opinion. The votes split pretty evenly.

    Good grief. Stop stealing oxygen.

Thanks for summarizing the jackassery that goes on in republican debates. It's exactly the ignorant comments that you just made that provide for such good political theatre. make sure you tune in to see how idiotic they can get.

Wait what? Which ignorant comment? The one about democrats denying science regarding abortion, or the one about democrats denying science about global warming?
