But to the librobots any faux paux, crime, etc committed by one of their kind is excused or ignored by default. The ends justify the means to them, so it is only when the "other side" does or says anything that their synapses fire.

We'll have about a dozen more of these HOLY COW, TRUMP SAID moments until he's either really gone too far or the election, whichever comes first. This one won't be to his demise. He'll survive it.

Not here. Although not a Dean backer, I thought the whole issue over that was about as stupid as could be.

Competently criticizing both Trump and Hillary in the same post requires more bandwidth than I have at the moment. Suffice to say, philosophically, I mostly agree with Trump, and almost completely disagree with Hillary Clinton. Nonetheless, I think Trump is surprisingly shallow boor with poor control over his mouth, whereas Hillary tries to be almost excessively careful about what comes out of her mouth, yet she makes a total, lying ass out of herself, and a laughingstock, too.

My ideal "ticket" for what's in the best interests of the United States? Probably Rick Perry and Condi Rice. He could fix the economy, and she could fix foreign policy -- a total win-win. But, of course that'll never happen.... :frown:

So you're saying that the ability to work with all kinds of people in and out of congress has no bearing on whether Trump can succeed as a president. Trump has no people skills he only has enemies. You're the first person I have interacted with who claims that his lack of people skills, insulting women and those who oppose him and being a moron about any policy details he's questioned on, makes him fit to be president. :roflol:

As we all know, Obama clearly showed he doesn't have the ability to work w/people in and out of Congress....

Powerful billionaires have enemies, it's part of business. So you think it's not possible for someone to be a brilliant businessman if he doesn't have social skills? Of course he can be b/c $ is the bottom line, not who's being nice to who......

One thing about Trump is he's obviously not a narcissist - someone who knows how to come across like a charismatic rock star, knows exactly what to say to win the sheep over. They're the dangerous ones.

As far as his policies go, which I haven't been paying attention to, it's still early in the game.....

Keep in mind, enuf people tho't a sweet talking community organizer was fit to be POTSU and look at where we are now.......

A person's looks are no measure of how effective or how much wisdom they will use as leaders of countries. We can probably agree that being "good-looking" is no guarantee of anything! Example: Barack Obama looks very handsome, trim, and quite a fine looking fellow... but he's been (and is likely to continue to be) the worst president of the United States we've ever had. Ruling over us like a dictator with a "pen and phone" while running up more national debt than ALL previous presidents COMBINED... etc., etc. I could go on and on.

Now, consider just women, if you will. Can anyone name a head-of-state who was more wise, effective, and beneficial to the real interests of her country than the Prime Minister of Great Britain, Margaret Thatcher? No beauty queen, she -- but she had more common sense in one cubic millimeter of her brain cells than Hillary Clinton and "Dizzy Lizzy" Warren have in both their brains combined....

[IMG] Hint: Smart is the new "beautiful"....

Fiorina is a bad person, she shipped all the jobs overseas and then insulted American workers.

I was reminded today by a reporter on MSNBC that during the Senate race last year between Carly Fiorina-R vs Barbara Boxer-D, that the Republican was caught with an open mic criticizing Senator Boxer's hair style, saying "it's oh so yesterday." It seems as if chickens are coming home to roost. One of the reasons I dislike Fiorina is her style and manner of criticizing Hillary Clinton. Personally, only very small-minded individuals criticizes what others wear and their hairstyle. Fiorina is very contemptious of Hillary and can say things about a woman that a man dare not say. I think after Trump inferred publicly that Fiorina is "too ugly to be president," maybe this catty female will be more cautious in before out the faults of her female counterpart.

You really don't know what you're talking about. HP, like nearly every other American corporation, eliminated domestic employee headcount, and set a number of operations off-shore, so that they could compete more effectively and make more money for stockholders. I know a lot of people find it absolutely impossible to understand this, but doing exactly these things is what a company is in business for in the first damned place!

There were layoffs all over the country, by nearly every big company. Compaq Computer Corporation's CEO was a guy named Michael Capellas. He laid off thousands of people during the big economic slump that hit in 1999 - 2000. HP, under Carly Fiorina, bought Compaq in 2002, and, as always happens during acquisitions like this, many unnecessary duplicate jobs were eliminated. She also had other large layoffs, notably in Europe! But it was all her "fault", right?

So, after the HP board threw her out for missing her numbers in one business quarter (a three-month period), they brought in a "numbers guy" name Mark Hurd. Ya know what Mark did? Want to take a guess? He laid off tens of thousands MORE HP employees. But it was all Carly Fiorina's fault? Big business is an ADULT game! You play it to WIN, or you will lose your ass!

It's amazing how many people know absolutely nothing about American business, and yet probably still expect to be successful in life. But be of good cheer! Burger-flippers are all going to get fifteen bucks an hour -- until the self-serve robot operations completely take over the fast food industry. Maybe people who think they should make good money for doing nothing but warming a seat in a cube in a call-center, or flipping burgers, should go consider employment opportunities in North Korea. Even Cuba is getting rid of this kind of mentality.... Hint: Do-nothing Socialism is a failed system that brings nothing but national ruin and decay to any nation that adopts it.

[IMG] . If Carly is "ugly", so are 95% of the rest of the women in the world!

Like Palin 'scared' the left according to Conservatives? Trump almost makes her look like candidate material-and he'll soon become equally irrelevant once he's become bored with this latest self-promotion stunt. By the way, are we still awaiting those "amazing revelations" he promised us about Obama's origins? What a friggin' joke that clown is.

Is this satire? If so it's brilliant. What did Thatcher do besides oversee record unemployment, record inflation, the destruction of our heavy industry-coal, shipbuilding, steel? She favoured the rich elites over the poor, had a pathological hatred of trades unions, sold-off or privatized dozens of previously successful nationalized businesses and self-destructed by introducing the universally hated and fundamentally unfair Community Charge (Poll Tax). I lived through her tenure; you did not. The (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) is dead for which we can all be grateful.

Unlike Sarah Palin, Carly's not a good looking women.

I suppose even though that's the truth, one doesn't have to say so.

But that's "The Donald".......no pc nonsense from him.

She's not bad looking there. The stress of successfully running a corporation has obviously taken its toll.
