The Telegraph has a fun little game on their website where you try to guess who said it - Hitler or Trump.

The game also shows you what percentage of people guessed for each question. You can play here

    I only got 6/10 :(

I dunno, but it's true. Their paid operatives on this very forum are beating that drum too. Probably just the left-wing smear machine doing what it was built to do; demonize whoever the front-runner is.

Maybe, but most likely not for the reasons you suspect.

It's not a Godwin if you're actually talking about Hitler or the comparison is legit. Trump IS NOT Hitler, Trump isn't a genocidal madman bent on world dominations but he does love to use the same playbook.

Murdoch? He seems to be as senile as Trump and agrees on a lot of what he has said.
Reality is that it is the sick Fox version of news that owns most of the Anglo-Saxon media.

If Hitler wouldn't have committed the Holocaust (The numbers today are way higher than any real evidence suggest) he would have been remember as the greatest economist and leaders of all time. Or did you forget he was TIME's person of the year 1936 for his work on unemployment and massive infrastructural overhauls coupled with a booming economy that was dead a mere 5 years earlier.

    Germany 1937

Proclamation No. 2537, requiring Jews to register with the SS. Registered persons were then issued a Certificate of Identification for Enemy Race A follow-up to the Jew Registration Act of 1936, Proclamation No. 2537 facilitated the beginning of full-scale internment of Jews in the following month.

Naaaah just kidding this was in America regarding the Japanese....... Trump is not like Hitler, he is a tiny FDR

No Jewish German nor Japanese American was involved with treason during those times.
Indeed the German Jews were the model of assimilation as opposed to those who dressed, etc. as Jewish.
The Japanese American not so into assimilation but, peaceful coexistence.

Even Obama who was raised Muslim for that part of his formative boyhood in Indonesia
with wacko anthropologist mom and her current Indonesian husband - lest we forget
has called upon the Muslim community to do more self policing.
Oh c'mon - that is as likely as the Black Ghetto Culture doing more self policing!

Maybe when acts of war originate from the Black Ghetto community, we can register them too.

BTW I have been a Paulist (both Ron and Rand)
I am now a Trumpist. He stole their thunder.

Let's just remember that Trump is not the only problem here. It's a nation of fear-addled voters who are prepared to vote for prejudicial, bigoted laws against Muslims out of unreasoning fear. This is where rhetoric has been leading them, essentially to treat Muslims the way the Japanese were treated during World War II..

Who said: "You will be interested to know that your work has played a powerful part in shaping the opinions of the group of intellectuals who are behind XXXXX in this epoch-making program. Everywhere I sensed that their opinions have been tremendously stimulated by American thought . . . I want you, my dear friend, to carry this thought with you for the rest of your life, that you have really jolted into action a great government of 60 million people."

Answer: Californian Eugenicist Charles M. Goethe in 1934 after returning from Germany about the Nuremberg Race Purity laws in a letter to the President of the American Human Betterment Foundation. The XXXXX in the text are replacement for "Hitler".

Well it's a right wing paper, if it were a left wing paper they would be comparing Trump to Saddam Hussein. You have to remember from 1991 to 9-11-01 the liberals were calling Saddam the most evil man in the world another Hitler. They don't like to admit that.

Demonization of a political enemy has always been a favorite political tactic. But this one has so little legs to stand on, it's embarrassing lol.
