How does the Bible NOT condemn homosexuality?

The Old Testament doesn't even mention any kind of female to female homosexuality.

What the Bible does condemn in the Old Testament is male to male sex- and any other form of sex outside of marriage.

The New Testament condemns adultery- and mentions male to male sex as an example of what happens to people who refuse to be Christians- along with disobeying their parents.

According to the Bible- Ronald Reagan, Donald Trump and Newt Gingrich were/are as much sinners as any two gay men who marry.

 

You are so far off base its ridiculous. You cite a wildly biased gay church and think that's all you need to overturn the actual beliefs of Jews and Christians over 1,000's of years, plus all the understanding of the 1st Century teachers until today. That's the evidence behind my position. If you want to replace that belief with something complete contrary to it, you must have tremendously weighty evidence and a rock solid argument, and you have neither.

 

The topic of this thread is homosexuality, not adultery. If you want to address adultery (yet again) then start another adultery thread.

As I have written many, many times, Christianity applies to Christians, and unlike the LGBTs I am not trying to force my beliefs on the world. If you want to be gay, then be gay, its your choice, but you are still defying God and committing a sin.

Christians work on their sins, and as God requires Christians are not tolerant of sin in other people. So as I just wrote, if you want to be gay, then be gay, its your choice, but you are still defying God and committing a sin - and I will not encourage or enable or condone your sin.

And that's your major flaw. Of course God loves everyone but that's not what the passage is saying. It's not saying God hates homosexuals its saying that God hates homosexuality. It didn't said "they are an abomination" it said "IT is an abomination".

The truth is that it is a sin and the fact the Bible never mentions the word proves my point that it doesn't have to be labeled as a sin to be considered as such. All one needs to look for is "thou shalt not" and "these things The Lord hates".

No. By all means... understand and accept, that not everyone will have even the same "Christian" faith as you (some, even no religious faith at all); and still, you do not rule their hearts, minds or lives by proxy or otherwise... and they cannot control you either.

ἁμαρτία means a failing

βδέλυγμα means a detestable thing.

That is in the original language it was written in, they mean two different things. They never ment the same thing.

Show the exact words, any bible. God hates homosexuality. And prove it is worse than all other sins.
