I don't know. This is where a good article or the court cases could help us out. Instead we have a couple of hate filled articles with no substance.
I cannot answer why the judge rules as he did. I tried searching for court cases but Finnish is just so far from any of the languages I speak that it is quite hard.

 

I am not a lawyer and I would need to research Danish cases to answer. I'm not waisting another couple of hours to satisfy you. Especially given the fact that I have seen your posts here...
I think that even if they point a gun at you it is going to be sketchy. I think you would still need to prove that it was necessary to kill the guy. If he would just leave with your TV you should let him.
