Yes she has been investigated quite a bit over the years. For it looked like some shady stuff was going on. But like Capone her and bill will finally be brought down for sooner or later criminals mess up in most cases. The evidence that would bring her down was in those bleached emails. If Russia had been the state hacker, they would have those 33,000 emails, and they would have used them, earlier. Wilkileaks is releasing hacks on the DNC and Hillary's henchmen and not the bleached emails from the Clinton private server.

In so far as wilkileaks? They are performing the function of a press that speaks truth to power. If you do not watch what your gov't and politicians are doing it, in secret, as your servant, they just might make off with the family silverware.

Wilkileaks is American in principle. Assange is a real investigative journalist, speaking truth to power in a high tech age which allows it, or enables it like never before. The press has always spoken truth to power by leaks. We just have a new avenue for leaks. This will not harm a democratic republic, a gov't by and for the people. It will harm corruption, criminality, dirty deals against the American people.

You still didn't answer the question and you failed to identify which Wikileaks document poses a bona fide threat to National Security.

Just because something is "Classified" doesn't make it a matter of National Security.

The evidence at trial suggested far more than 200 people. Nobody is really certain how many Americans were murdered by their own government during these experiments.

When the remaining documents are finally declassified in 2049, we may know the entire truth.

 

Wikileaks exposed what the DNC was doing to Sanders. If Wikileaks were lies as you suggest, why did the DNC issue an apology to Sanders for their egregious behavior? So Wikileaks was true.
Now we have new Wikileaks emails, so it seems reasonable to say that they are true too, since no one is questioning their veracity. You can sit and make excuses, but you have no proof that these are lies. It is just on YOUR wish list. In the court of public opinion, Hills and her stinking cabal are guilty. She has been doing thins kind of stuff since her Arkansas days. When will you people realize that she is not the innocent angel you say she is? She is not a good person. If Hills is not denying what was said in the Wikileaks emails, why should you? She certainly is NOT worth anyone's vote of confidence because she has never earned it.
