    I'm not American but over the years I watched The Late Show with David Letterman which aired here in New Zealand until Letterman retired.. David had Donald Trump on the show several times and I always thought he talked such sense. Even now I see him as that same sensible person, I would like to think he will make 'America Great Again' if the media and the opposition let him get on with the job. No one needs to criticise his appearance or mock him.....look at the person, his demeanor is that of a man easy to get along with and he knows how to make agenuine 'I'm very pleased to meet you' handshake.

    There is so much you don't understand that it is hard to know where to begin.

    How about this for starters: Trump lies and lies and lies. Do you know this? If not then you really don't know the first thing about him.

    No I don't know that he lies.
    I guess you've caught him out in some lies then?

    I quite frankly don't really care if he does lie because every single politician in countries over the entire world, tell lies. I just like to see them be able get on with doing the job they are supposed to do....to take care of and run the country and Donald Trump is trying hard to do that, he is there for a other 3 + years deal with it.

    Here in NZ we had a Prime Minister for 2 or 3 terms who was just ghastly, but we didn't riot or ridicule her appearance even though she needed extensive dental work!

    Sit back, bide your time and vote him out next election.

    There is a site called "Pollitifact". It measures political statements for truth with the meter going from true to "pants on fire"

    The right wing of America used to delight in pointing out those occasions when Obama hit an untruth - so far Trump has racked up FOUR PAGES of "pants on fire" statements

    I saw him on an episode of Fresh Prince of Bel Air and thought he did a good job. He seems like a nice guy to me with the exception of a few comments he has made.

    Yeah and Hillary Clinton had many pants on fire statements too. We had to choose between a criminal and Trump. I will not vote for a criminal.

    Not every lie of his is really a lie. Just because you say it's a lie does not make it a lie. He has lied some but not to the extent you claim.

    The left and the left media lies far more than Trump ever will.

    Trump is an independent and the first real candidate we've had in many decades. Before him it was Democrat vs. Democrat-lite every single election.

    I'm in Australia, we hate Trump :lol: (most of us) don't bother telling me how wonderful he is I find him coarse and revolting.
