Take your own advice. Unfortunately in this country we still have 2 Justice Systems.

I agree. They were star-struck in the beginning, which made it so they didn't collect the evidence the way they were supposed to. Left too many gaps. that, and Fuhrman was/is a racist ******* with a badge who was stupid enough to testify that he had never used the "n" word.

You know, I say let OJ be. If he's not changed, he's gonna get picked up by the police or caught by the media and will go back to jail. He's been behind bars for the past 9 years, and maybe he's learned how to be a decent person. If not? He's still under probation and can be sent back to a jail in NV.

Let's see if he's changed or not. At least give him a chance to prove himself one way or the other.

Actually it does answer the question for the simple fact if I don't give a **** about him, why would I be rooting for him.

The user you addressed has a knack for attempting to get people to agree with his preconceived notions so he can give himself a virtual pat on the back. Ignoring his futile endeavors will keep him frustrated.

Correct. Unfortunately the judge was the only one who could do that.

So that was In Effect a great Civics lesson.?
Our Public Education system does not believe in teaching
civics courses.Public Education NOW { this Era } believes in
Groupthink. Which explains why Al Gore's - An Inconvenient Truth -
was roundly shown to Kids in Public School { both grade school and
    high school }.

That is Unamerican. In our Jury system there is no such
POV.Despite Hung Juries, there has to be a sense of
DID He or She do it or not.
There is no such verdict as Maybe.Or Kinda.
    Or even probably.
Somewhat,Maybe if,could be or could not be
    Therefore That IS the question.

He's a classic textbook example of a Sociopath or Psychopath.
Odds are when free he'll go right back to his true self.
    Being Mr.Glad Hand,Smiley face.Oh ... Woe is Me.
Just listen to the doggone Nicole Simpson 911 calls.
She only made around a dozen.Yes,O.J. Simpson conned
America. He led a double life.On the exterior he was this friendly and
spirited Great athlete. He personified that part of America. The love
of sports and comradeship among fellow sports fans.
But he was No Curt Gowdy or Jim McKay or even Frank Gifford.
    Let alone a Howard Cosell.
However " the Juice " was known far & wide and was instantly
    recognized.
That will now play against him.Whatever Thrill of Victories he had
are gonna be Agonies of Defeat. He may have beat a murder wrap but
not the sensibilities of Joe America.

The question is not what you or I believe, it is what the juries found.

Which is all the more reason to have Professional Juries.
To stop the madness of verdicts like O.J.'s Murder trial.
Or Casey Anthony. How would a Professional Jury be established.
Probably like a local Judge running for re-election.Or a Sheriff.
    Along those lines.

Way to miss the point. You had a court say that he was responsible with out a doubt. But people forget about that

The difference seems to be that blacks shouldn't expect a "not guilty" verdict from a white jury.

'Not guilty' doesn't mean he's innocent. Only meant that Marcia Clark was incompetent and screwed up so badly the jury had no choice but to let him go.

He'll be putting in a lot of time on the golf links looking for the real killer. "No sign of the killer on the 18th green - I'll check out the club house next!"

Unfortunately it wasn't by the court that mattered.

No. It is usually cheaper to pay out a settlement then take it to trail.
