I give a **** about Buchenwald. Because the Nazis my family lost all our land in eastern prussia and had to start new. Our nation suffered extreme from this idiots. I wont allow anyone
    to celebrate that scum.

In the US, our Constitution protects the right to do this, across the street from a synagogue.
    So, no. Why do you?

So what? Why are you preaching to a German about what the US Constitution says, at least according to your own interpretation? The US Constitution doesn't apply in Germany.

    The point is self-evident:
Regardless of how vile the opinion, you have, in America, so long as you do not harm someone or put them in danger, the right to express it - we have no freedom from offense here.
In Germany, where they do not believe in free speech, things are different.

You don't have a right to threaten someone, however, and in Germany that is how any sign of Nazism will be seen. It had real consequences for them.

And again, it doesn't matter what constitutional freedoms we enjoy. They don't apply in Germany. Germany's laws apply and their laws are what make sense to them. Deal with it, and don't expect to be immune to their laws if you travel there and behave like an ugly American.

Wow. Must be terrible to live in a society where a hand gesture is so threatening that it gets you locked up.

    Depends. Where?
Most states allow the law abiding - including foreign nationals - to carry a firearm; some states have draconian laws to the opposite.

Why? The laws were set up by the allied occupational government (in other words, the French, British and USA pretty much forced it on them).

There is a European candy company that makes chocolate eggs that have small toys (or as US regulators call them "choking hazards") inside them. They are banned in the U.S. to the point that you can't even bring them in through customs. Interestingly, they have been banned since before they were invented. The US has had a ban on toys inside chocolate since 1938. The Ferrero Kinder Surpise eggs were invented in the 1970s.

Very ironic how a self-proclaimed far-right German Nationalist and a black Marxist Jew both agree on this subject.

It was far worse when it was the authorities making that hand gesture. Get a clue.

I live in Germany. Some basic info on the Hitler salute.
The law in Germany and Austria defines the Hitler or Nazi salute as illegal when it’s used to glorify Nazism (‘usage of features of unconstitutional organizations’ - I cannot translate the whole text here, would be way too much).
However, you’re mistaken if you think raising your arm in a certain way will get you into jail in no time. That’s far away from reality.
It is absolutely ok to use the salute in research and teaching, use it in arts, use it in films and theaters, in documentary films, in comedy, in satire, etc. A critical usage to indicate a form of distancing from Nazism is also absolutely fine. This last case is interesting - in 2008, a man got into a traffic control in or near the city of Koblenz and the cops, apparently, were pretty harsh on him (not ‘American harsh’, they didn’t beat him up or shoot him, but harsh nonetheless). The man used the Hitler salute to protest against the cops’ inappropriate behavior and was not fined for it in any way.

In reality, it’s extremely rare that somebody really goes to jail for using the Hitler salute, I for one have never heard of such a case. If done in the wrong context and if caught, people are almost always fined something around 500 bucks.
Different countries, different histories, different traditions, different laws. What the US constitution says is of zero importance in this context.

    That's not a reason.
Why do you want to respond to non threatening words or gestures with violence? If you punch someone for hailing a Nazi salute, I'll deck you for attacking someone unprovoked.

I do have to wonder how it feels to be so offended by hand gesture that it has to be illegal.
