No, he made it up. I read the paper he said he used when he made that 2013 claim. It's from Maslowski...allegedly. Maslowski said nothing of the sort in his paper. In fact, Maslowski was mortified that Gore misinterpretted his research. Actually, the year 2013 was never even mentioned in the paper at all. So nobody actually knows how and why Gore made that up. My guess is Gore is more focused on selling propaganda.

But reality shows a different picture. If the planet was warming it would be warming everywhere. If the planet is warming it doesn't get colder.

 

None of this has anything to do with the reports confirming AGW. I do not expect any fact based rebuttals. And I love it.

Yeah. Good read. The guy predicts that the Earth will begin cooling in 2014. Just like all other predictions from the likes of Easterbrook, Soon, Baliunas, etc. they used only solar theory to make a predictions. And they failed...badly. The failure was so bad in this case the guy didn't even get the direction of the temperature change correct. The irony is that 2014 turned out to be the warmest year on record, then it was 2015, then after that it was 2016. And now 2017 is the second warmest year on record during a La Nina!

 

I answered my own question by showing everyone involved was cleared of wrong doing by several official reviews?

 

I remember the ice was melting so bad the polar bears were drowning. Then they go up there and get stuck in record ice, takes all kinds of ice boats and helicopters to pull them out. It would be funny if what if they've got attacked by a polar bear.

 

When collectivist review other collectivist they give them a Clinton pass.

Not only that the programs they use to report historic temperatures are non-deterministic. The GISS historic temperatures will change run to run.

Non-deterministic computer programs are a huge red flag. A well written program will always produce the same output given the same input.

It is deterministic. The reason the GISS output changes is because they are changing the algorithm and the inputs. This is done to correct problems. It's all documented in the peer review publications. No body but you and a bunch of bloggers that don't understand what's going on have a problem with it. And why the focus on GISS. It's just one among many datasets that all show warming.

 

But my thermometer says it's cold outside and I was told that heat was the new Norm.

No the GISS will literally change past temperatures run to run. No new code no new data. It's a non-deterministic program.
