They have standing in the constitution.
They are depicted in the Bill of Rights. The document clearly states what government can’t do. Your list is what the document says is off limits.

The purpose of The Bill Of Rights is to recognize and protect rights that were not vested by the government. Americans have allowed our government to pervert the document. It’s a shame.
