    fun fact:
    I can buy an AR-15 with the proper background check.
    I can buy a fully operational tank with the right permit
    I can legally buy a fully automatic machine gun with the right permit
    I can not, under any circumstance, buy, sell, or even give away, a vintage set of Jarts.

    There was a story about another woman recently who was being stalked by an ex-boyfriend, she applied for a gun permit in NY and didn't get it, at least not promptly. 43 days after applying for the permit she was killed by the ex. Nice one, liberals.

    Judge Benitez rejects the argument that firearms with “large” magazines are dangerous:
    A homeowner is unlikely to have a stack of pre-loaded magazines close at hand. Judge Benitez makes the point eloquently:
    Judge Benitez’s entire decision is well worth reading. The Democrat Party is committed to repealing, in effect, both the First and Second Amendments. Rarely has control over the federal judiciary been so important. Which is one of several reasons why it is critical that President Trump be re-elected.

    Every Democrat presidential candidate denounces the Supreme Court case that held the federal government could not constitutionally ban the showing of a movie on the ground that it was critical of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

    We cannot kid ourselves about how important this is.

    I have told all my friends / family here in California for a long time that these bans on Standard Capacity Magazines would not stand.... and for just this reason.

    Leftists think they can label crap like "High Capacity" and with Orwellian Newspeak push through anti-Constitutional measures. Fortunately, not everyone is a sheep and falls for their bullshit.

    If a person can get a machine gun they sure as heck can get the magazine for it. Killing people is already illegal with the harshest penalties we can provide and yet they have already committed themselves to do it. Making things more illegal has no effect on the situation by then. Instead of banning magazines perhaps they could oh I dont know try and figure out what causes people to want to kill a bunch of people and do something about that. The extra laws only impact law abiding citizens. Why in the world do people want to disarm people so that they cannot defend themselves? It makes no sense.
