This is absolutely amazing. Trump's fans rarely start a thread about Trump. The last person Trump's fans to talk about is Trump.

But Trump's fans love talking about our previous President, emphasis on previous. For over 29 months Trump has been our President, but his fans don't want to talk about him. The want to talk about Obama.

This thread was started on Friday. It now has 1036 hits and 322 replies. Other favorite topics include abortion, Hillary Clinton, Democrats (particularly the far left ones), socialism, and female athletes.

Trump's fans have not started one thread about Trump. I find that interesting. They are doing their best to avoid Trump.

To vote in CA you have to register your political affiliation. I am a card-carrying Republican. Everything I write indicates I am a Republican, including my criticism of Trump. Trump is a RINO. For most of his political life, Trump was a Democrat. He supported Hillary in 2008, and he has contributed heavily to the Clinton Foundation.

You think I am a lefty solely because I criticize Trump. Let's examine where you and I stand.

Protectionist tariffs are a liberal concept. They are used to protect union workers.

You support Trump, a Democrat in Republican clothing.

That means you support Trump's tariffs, a liberal tactic.

The logical conclusion is, you are a lefty.

I voted a straight Republican ticket for 25 years. I did not vote for Trump because, as I have shown, and I don't care what his name tag says, he is not a Republican.

I strongly believe in free trade which is discouraged by tariffs, particularly high tariffs like Trump's protectionist tariffs.

On Election day of 2017, none of your claims were made about Trump. It was after he beat your own candidate and later when Obama confessed, the hate started vs Trump.

Tariffs were used by General Washington. They were American policy for a long long time. Explain that to the Democrats.

I was so sick of the Democrats trashing Bush from 1999 until 2008 I am very sensitized to lousy unfair attacks.

When I last worked at a job where the employer offered several options for healthcare, I had a choice for healthcare providers. They offered different plans and they cost different amounts. They were competitors. Blue Shield vs Blue Cross vs Humana vs Kaiser Permanente, ect.

How is having 4 or more choices for healthcare providers not a free market? Insurance is most definitely a service.

In America, our system of government is based on the concept of inalienable rights, granted by God, a limited government, with the concent of the governed, for the people by the people.

If anyone can tell me that most of the medical advancements in the world in the past 100 years comes from a country other than the United States, tell me what country that is. I have no doubt that ours cost more because 1) it's better, 2) tort laws drive up costs, 3) hospitals and municipalities are required to pay for indigent 4) other various reasons.

They don't get better care, they have to wait and their care is rationed.

You do realize that; A) Only a fraction of the founding fathers supported the Federalist papers, and it was written solely based on opposition to the inclusion of the Bill of rights in the constitution. And B) The writers of the Federalist Papers were people who wanted a stronger central government (Alexander Hamilton, James Madison and John Fey),

 

The Department of HHS is a creation of Congress and not in the Constitution. No one is saying it unconstitutional. I'm saying they're not necessary.

 

You're not telling me anything that I don't already know. They wanted a stronger federal government because the Articles of Confederation were weak.

Which is not to say the wanted a government which would violate individual rights or states right.

They passed the Constitution with the promise of passing the Bill of Rights which guarded them.

 

Then it’s constitutionally legal...it’s upheld in the constitution.....welfare !
