As is the attack on Comey and just about anyone else who has ran afoul of this most toxic of all the individuals I can recall of ever even having HEARD of, let alone having him as my President. Trump and Trumpers have attacked whole branches of government as the "Deep State" mostly for having the temerity not to do dishonest things for him and them

Your spelling on, "You've just crushed my argument but I'm a Trumper and don't care what the Orange God does as long as he hates Hispanics" is a little off.

Your reference to Biden's remarks don't take in to account all the information we have regarding Shokin's removal. I suggest you do some homework on a site other than WorldNetDaily.

never heard of that website. Unless it has pic's of pretty girls or sports scores I doubt I'm interested.

I see zero purpose of doing any homework on this subject, I read the transcript, I watched the Biden video, and pretty much everything since then has been closed door meetings and a few selective leaks so I've ignored it, I'm happy to wait for the RELEASE of real data, not click bait leaks thanks very much.

If you want to follow this daily and get your hopes up then go ahead, if 2+ years of hopes and dreams crashing down didn't deter you nothing will.

I'll just wait. If Trump gets impeached that's fine, I didn't vote for him, if Biden gets tossed in jail that's fine too, I didn't vote for him either.

Honestly I really don't have a dog in this fight but I do find it entertaining.

Assuming you are a US citizen IMO it's your obligation to stay better informed than to think Biden was not acting in concert with US State Dept. policy and member states of the EU as well as the IMF in seeking the removal of a corrupt prosecutor. From what you've written it appears what you believe is part of the right wing spin, not the truth. Just sayin'.

Been a citizen my whole life.

I believe about 10% of the news that comes out of Washington.

Hillary had 30,000 emails about yoga.

hunter biden was just a really smart kid who had a familiar last name.

I think the last honest politician we had was Ross Perot, #2 is probably bernie.

If Congress decides to impeach go for it, whether I read the daily bombshell leaks from closed-door sessions in Congress is not going to change a damn thing. I'd rather spend my time on things that benefit myself and my family, and the tmz version of politics that weve had for 3 years isnt helping me.

The decision to impeach or not is above my paygrade and nobody ever calls me from my polling opinion, ( and if they ever did i'd either hang up or lie)

The Democrats will select a nominee and I will choose between that nominee, the gop nominee and whatever independent runs. I've never missed a vote.

Inspectors General Bash DOJ Handling Of Ukraine Whistleblower’s Complaint
    https://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/inspectors-general-justice-department-ukraine-whistleblower

The inspectors general of agencies across the federal government sent a scathing letter to the Justice Department this week accusing it of undermining the role of whistleblowers and the independence of the inspectors general who handle their complaint.

The letter was a response to an opinion issued by the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel that justified the Trump administration’s refusal to transmit the Ukraine whistleblower’s complaint to Congress, as generally required by law.

The OLC opinion does not create a legal precedent like a court opinion, but is internally binding across the federal government.

State Dept Official Will Tell Congress Politics Were Behind Decision To Stall Military Aid

David Hale will reportedly tell congressional investigators Wednesday that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and other top officials were concerned that a public defense of Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch would hurt the department’s chances of getting hundreds of millions of dollars in military funding to Ukraine. Trump temporarily stalled the release of the congressionally approved aid earlier this year. Many top officials have testified that Trump withheld the funds because he wanted the country to investigate the 2016 election and his own political rivals. Trump claims he stalled releasing it to try to force European countries to contribute more to Ukraine’s defense.

According to people familiar with the matter who spoke to the AP, Hale will also testify that the department was worried Trump or his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani might react poorly if the department defended Yovanovitch, whom Giuliani was hell-bent on ousting from her post in Ukraine.

You folks have been preaching Trump's demise since he took office in 2017

You were sure he wouldn't survive the first 100 days, then it was a year
then it was Mueller will spell the end for Trump
the Democrats in the House will certainly impeach him and now the whistle blower nonsense.

What are you going to do when he wins re election in 2020 and this time win the popular vote?

    what then?

You must think those predictions are an indictment of we progressives. In truth, the fact that Trump's approval rating is higher than 20% is an indictment of folks like you.

The reality is You Democrats are handing Trump a victory in 2020
I dont care what the polls say, or how loud your side is, when it comes down to voting, the facts are the facts

the average person who isnt well versed in Politics who votes, only care about how much food is on the plate, how much money do they have at the end of their paycheck and do they feel America is going in the right direction.

All the Democrats have done is nitpick , threatened and then comes up with out in left field policies that scares the crap out of them

Who ever wins the Democrat Nomination will have a tough time convincing the other half of America who despises socialism that the Democrats have their best interest .

We for the most part on the right dont believe Trump is a moral guy, but the alternative , Warren, Sanders, Biden or dreaded Hillary if she rises from the dead again is a horrible choice and dangerous.

Dems pointing out Don's ineptitude, corruption, ignorance, criminal behavior, and the incompetence/failures of his admin isn't handing him anything. Trumpette's denying/ignoring those things is all that stands between him and impeachment and or a resounding electoral defeat. This isn't about us, it's about you folks.

We have been hearing the democrat party news stations telling us the walls are closing in now every week for 3 years, those damn walls must be pretty far apart.

Trump could be impeached before Christmas. Unfortunately, the Framers never imagined a President like Trump, and so they did not include incompetence in their grounds for impeachment, only "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

That said, if the House impeaches and if the Senate removes Trump -- not likely under current circumstances -- it would be good riddance to an incompetent President.

Allow me to illustrate with a few examples, in a matter of speaking, the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

Trump Mideast policy is so favorable to Israel, the U.S. can no longer be trusted. The U.S. has been tossed out as a Mideast broker, replaced by Russia.

After a year and a half of Trump's trade war with China, Wall Street is finally recovering because it appears that the tariffs Trump caused are going to be removed. Millions of dollars were lost during that year and a half period.

Iran is closer to making a nuke. Why? Because in May 2018, Trump removed the U.S. from a working agreement with Iran called the JCPOA that permanently barred Iran from making a nuke. Iran has resumed her nuclear research, destroyed the largest oil refinery on the planet, seized and mined ships, and even shot down a very expensive American aircraft all because of Trump's incomprehensible decision and his harsh economic sanctions.

Trump is anti-Earth. He is removing the U.S. from the Paris Accord, joining thirteen other nations who have not signed the accord, some, like Iran and Turkey, are the largest emitters. He appoints EPA directors who are disenchanted with EPA policies. His appointments are industry friendly, kind of like the fox in the hen house scenario.

Trump's policies with respect to NATO, Ukraine, Turkey, the Assad regime in Syria, and the Middle East strongly favor Russia. Trump has never admitted that Russia interfered in our 2016 election, and he is severely critical of our intelligence agencies and the FBI.

In short, Trump gives new meaning to the term, incompetence.

Facing Trump's obvious guilt, the White House is tearing itself apart. The messy skirmish could be on full display this week.

The Post reports, "Acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney has urged aides not to comply with the inquiry and blocked any cooperation with congressional Democrats. Top political aides at the Office of Management and Budget, which Mulvaney once led, have fallen in line with his defiant stance, the officials said, speaking on condition of anonymity to talk freely about the behind the scenes developments.

"Mulvaney’s office blames White House counsel Pat Cipollone for not doing more to block other government officials from participating in the impeachment inquiry, as a number of State Department officials, diplomats, and an aide to Vice President Pence, have given sworn testimony to Congress.

"Cipollone, meanwhile, has fumed that Mulvaney has only made matters worse with his Oct. 17 news conference, when he publicly acknowledged a quid pro quo, essentially confirming Democrats’ accusations in front of television cameras and reporters, and Cipollone did not want Mulvaney to hold the news conference."

The Times writes, "Mulvaney, the acting White House chief of staff, on Monday abruptly withdrew his effort to join a lawsuit over impeachment testimony after a sharp collision with his colleague, John R. Bolton, the former national security adviser.

"Mulvaney’s retreat came hours after a lawyer for Mr. Bolton argued in court papers that the acting chief of staff should not be allowed to jump into the existing lawsuit as a plaintiff because his interests are significantly different. The legal schism underscored a broader rift between Mulvaney, who facilitated Trump’s effort to pressure Ukraine, and Mr. Bolton, who tried to resist it."

Trump and his Republican defenders are feuding. Current and former state department officials will testify on camera this week, relaying their firsthand accounts claiming Trump withheld military aid to get Ukraine to investigate the Bidens. Trump's own chief of staff confirmed that fact. On Twitter Trump warned his party that they should not “be led into the fools trap of saying it was not perfect, but is not impeachable.” Trump insists the call was "perfect."

Trump refuses to face reality. He incriminated himself as is proven in the transcript provided by the White House. The President cannot face that reality.

Trump Loses Bid For Full Appeals Court Review Of House Subpoena For His Tax Returns
    https://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/trump-tax-returns-mazars-en-banc-denial

"President Trump failed to convince the full D.C. U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to review a decision upholding a congressional subpoena of his tax returns, setting the stage for a potential Supreme Court showdown over the issue.

A three-judge panel of the appeals court previously upheld the subpoena, which was issued to Trump’s accounting firm Mazars by the House Oversight Committee in April.

Trump had appealed that decision en banc — meaning to the entire appeals court — and by a 8-3 vote, the full D.C. Circuit declined to take up the case."

I could be mistaken...but I always thought that one an official speaks about an issue (either publicly or to investigators) they have lost Executive Privilege.

That would mean Mulvaney is compelled to testify...right?
