Quaint that you think Trump is being held back by considerations of law....

That wasn't my assertion. I wrote "they're not prominently displaying their surname for the rioters to dox and harass them" and I was referring to things like this.

~ Unlike Obama Trump's administration is actually respectful on the U.S. Constitution / Bill of Rights.

I believe whatever distinction your are trying to make is referred to as splitting hairs. Maybe you could further elaborate. Particularly the "things like this" part?

Sure they are, that's why they complied with Constitutional authority that places the sole power of impeachment with the House. That piece of **** document is dead.

You think I was splitting hairs when you tried to frame my assertion as "LEOs have actually been harassed as a result of being out for their role simply as riot control officers. As opposed to being the no-knock officer that killed Breona Taylor...."? That's quite rich. Let me be clear: I never asserted any such thing. My post was simply to highlight the fact that LEOs are concerned about being doxxed and harassed, and taking steps to reduce that risk. The article linked to in "things like this" was intended as supporting evidence of that fact. It's title is "US police forces scrub identities from the internet amid fears officers will be ‘doxxed’"

You are being cited facts and it is LONG past the time the Governor sent in the National Guard and put and end to it. In the meantime the federal law enforcement which operates in all major cities and arrest people everyday will continue to do it's job to protect federal assets and assist the locals in anyway they request.

And BTW the Portland Mayor and Chief of Police both refused to meet with the head of the DHS when he went there to try and coordinate their efforts and make sure they were all on the same page. So shame on them. The feds will protect federal property period and if it means arresting people threaten that preporty they will.

Here's a hint, don't do it. Here's a demand by a taxpayer, STOP IT NOW. Until then I pay those law enforcement officers to protect our government assets and I expect them to do it.

Which article of The Constitution negates due process of the law regarding arrests?

Did you not see the video in Post#7 and hundreds of other videos across the internet where peaceful protesters are tazed, pelted with rubber bullets and tear gassed.

Except that they detained a lot of people who did not participate in such antics.

It would be so easy to call any lawsuit a political stunt but the best way to know for sure is to see it through.

Again, see post#7. When the people are continually bombarded by by the paramilitary police sooner or later some will fight back. Also rioters and looters will come out in any huge gatherings. We've seen sports teams win championships only to see the rioters destroy property and cause damage during the celebrations. The majority of protesters are peaceful yet anywhere there are jacked up aggressive law enforcement with overblown military gear and tactics, they certainly bring out all the rioters.

Yeah, I saw it. Where's the rest? Edited down videos and anecdotes don't support your claim.

Please provide evidence that those people were detained unlawfully. I know I know, you didn't say "unlawfully". But that is your implication here. That the federal agents detained people just for the hell of it.

It's especially easy when the mayor wasn't and still isn't doing a damn thing about the riots.

There is no paramilitary police. Learn what the phrase means before using it please.

The rest of your post does not explain the Chaz/Chop situation. It does not explain Portland's riots that have gone on for 50+ days. And its really funny that all those rioters and looters didn't come out when the whole Tea Party protests were going on. Peaceful protests do not bring out rioters and looters. To make the claim that you did is to make believe that every protest with large gatherings has rioters/looters in it. That is just plain false and attempted spin.

Know what those protesters were doing in the background around that federal building? Trying to get through the fence, and when they did they set a fire.

Federal officers use tear gas as fire set at Portland federal courthouse

    Peaceful protests my ass.

So you ask for evidence and then just claim edited videos. There are many other videos supporting the same claim. Did they all edit them? Next you will claim the blood was fake.

The US has quite an extensive history of unlawfully detaining people. Brush up on your history. https://www.cnn.com/videos/politics...-portland-protest-arrest-video-ndwknd-vpx.cnn
The riots will disappear when the militarized police disappear.

If the Tea Party protests were met with the above force I would bet my life that the carnage would have gone on for years.

Fake News. Don't let lying idiots like Don Lemon do you're "thinking" for you.

HEADLINE: Unidentified Federal Agents Are Detaining Masked Protesters in Portland.

You cant answer a question to back up your statement and even your excuse for not doing so is pitifully ineffectual.

Isn't the Portland Mayor the Chief of Police or maybe I am suffering from a terminology misunderstanding?

You want Trump to bail them out? Why would you want that?
The House, not Fat Jerry and a committee.
