I would. These are frivolous lawsuits. And if these judges who are dismissing Trump's allegations again and again... hadn't been Trump appointees, I think it's likely that they would be sanctioning this circus as such.

Going by what you just said, without bias, what would you say the overall belief of their party id right now on the right? Or sentiment?

So you’re ok with this circus happening every presidential election? The losing side can just accuse the other side of cheating and stealing the election and file dozens of lawsuits? Funny how something to this level never occurred in the history of our country until Trump. But I guess this is what we get with a narcissistic child in the WH.

Nothing like this explosion of mail in ballots has happened before and previous to 2020 democrats and republicans and even the NYT understood it was rife for voter fraud.

And yet still no evidence of widespread voter fraud.

Au contraire. Just because you go through life with your eyes shut does not mean the world does not exist.

Huh, then city commissioners, city clerks, election directors, Secretary of States, law enforcement, federal judges (Republican judges too) all must be wrong. Everyone on the inside who would know about such things and election law must be wrong. Silly me, I didn’t know election authorities and judges weren’t who you go to for such things.

I guess I should buy into debunked conspiracists by Trump.

I’ve been following election coverage since the beginning of the month, I’ve watched lawsuit after lawsuit fall like dominos. Realized this was responding to someone else's post. Awkward.

The certification of Michigan and Pennsylvania pretty much sunk Trumps battleship.

That person didn’t know the difference between dismissing a case due to lack of standing and dismissing a case due to lack of evidence. Do you know the difference?

Sigh...we do this dance almost on a daily basis. You say there is evidence. I ask you to provide links to this evidence and you either make up some lame excuse for not having any proof of evidence or you just run away. And if there is all this evidence then why hasn’t Rudy and team presented any to the courts???
So...shall we go through the dance again? Can you provide links to all this proof of widespread voter fraud?

Not necessarily. Certification is not final until it is transmitted to the electors. In the meantime a court could disqualify certification.

I wouldn't suspect you and your "Us's" would ;) I think my initial post was clear on that point, including the variables :roll:

For instance in Wisconsin it is hard to get an absentee ballot. You have to show ID except in one instant, indefinitely confined, and Covid is not a reason you can use. All through previous elections the number of indefinitely confined was around 1,000 then during the primaries jumped to 14,000 and for 2020 jumped to 169,000. Review of a sample of those proved many that claimed indefinitely confined were not.

I am starting to think that some posters are just trolling to rile up those of us who don't like Trump. It is hard to tell sometimes who is serious

    Fake news.

    Wisconsin absentee ballot rules
    • Any registered Wisconsin voter may apply for an absentee ballot and vote by mail.
    • When voting by mail, you must submit a copy of a valid photo ID with your vote by mail application (unless a copy of your ID is already on file). A list of valid IDs is available below.

No doubt most of them are trolling. They have to be. I don’t believe they could possibly be this dumb.

You don’t realize I just said the same thing. Now address the info on indefinitely confined requests that do not require ID.
