That's not true. Sworn affidavits are testimonial evidence in a court of law. They are equivalent to me sitting on the witness stand and swearing that I saw this person do this or do that. Under penalty of law, I could be prosecuted for lying under oath; whether it by false witness testimony, or by a false sworn affidavit.

 

Statements, even sworn testimonies, are not facts. And facts speak for themselves. Where's your smoking gun PolMeister? You don't have one. And guess what, people DO lie under oath. When a republican attorney for Trump and a republican-appointed judge agree that there has been no valid evidence presented, I believe them. I saw the video (I believe it is somewhere on this forum) of election workers counting ballots and showing NOTHING suspicious while the narration claimed it was all "terrible, obvious, irrefutable fraud happening".

Can you explain the right wing position on WHY republican-appointed judges have not acknowledged any valid, substantial fraud?

Assertions summarized as general claims do not constitute "proof". To be proof the data must be presented to a judge with empirical facts that specify the errors in a peer-reviewed report and signed and certified. And Washington Times is a known right wing spin machine at best, and a lying rag at worst.

You do get "thousands of sworn affidavits of fraud if it's only "alleged" when there are millions of disgruntled Trumpsters willing to lie on his behalf.

The authorities are making a big mistake, I think, to not make examples of those who are willing to lie about the election without good evidence.

 

Baloney, the judges did not even hold a hearing. The election was obviously rigged.
That is why none of the election officials and workers accused of vote fraud have been questioned under oath by any grand jury or legislative committee with subpoena power.
