Beware the bamboo ballots in AZ.........no, really.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any more bizarre, the folks recounting votes in AZ are examining the ballots for traces of bamboo in the paper. Because they think it's possible 40K ballots were flown in from an unidentified Asian country in order to steal the election from Trump. No joke.

Is it any wonder why.........

The audit of Maricopa County, which contains the majority of the state’s population and voted by a slight margin for Joe Biden in 2020, hasn’t smelled right for weeks: It was commissioned by the GOP-controlled state Senate over the objections of the county. It’s being performed by a contractor whose CEO promoted wild conspiracy theories. And it’s accepting donations from anonymous Trump dead-enders desperate for a way to keep up the narrative that Trump’s second term was stolen.

In a letter to Senate President Karen Fann (R) Tuesday, Pamela Karlan, the principal deputy assistant attorney general in the DOJ’s civil rights division, said the federal government had… “concerns.”

If we read about something like this happening in another country we'd fall over from laughing. But it's happening here.........which is no laughing matter.

 

Typically, I would have probably found this funny because it's so ridiculous. However, that is not the case today. There have been countless conversations here (and elsewhere on the net) in which some people have blindly accepted and parroted all kinds of ridiculous theories about the election and alleged election fraud.

It's moved from slightly amusing to downright scary.

 

Not that hard to find out. Take a random sample of ballots and send them off to a lab....

Which would only prove the paper was produced by a company using bamboo strands as filler, which paper manufactures around
the world do. It would not prove the ballot was printed there.

I think, perhaps, you missed the ludicrous nature of the suspicion.

 

Obviously this sham recount should be shut down immediately. It is illegal for official ballots to be in the possession of a private company without state election personnel monitoring them.

As a matter of fact, the lease on the facility runs out in a week and they have only counted 10% of the ballots in over a week.

It's ridiculous that we are indulging the CRAZY.

 

Some "transparency". To them, "transparency" means that the GOP should count all ballots and come up with the count that they like. Of course, this should also be done only in districts the Dems won, and only in swing states. The counts in states the Republicans won should NEVER be questioned, since the Republicans are a paragon of virtue.

The State legislative authority, which is GOP controlled, selected a private company they picked to do the audit, instead of the election board. One wonders why? This is a sham.

But, I encourage you to give money to fundtheaudit.com. Give early and often. I am sure your money will be put to good use, or, maybe, someone in on the sham will use it to fund their trophy wife, like the Kolfage guy. What could go wrong?
