Cyber Ninjas, and those who rely on them, clearly are incompetent, That is my opinion and I think the evidence below establishes my opinion as being correct. https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1416139688914526208.html
Very comprehensive info in the link. Of note: 7,605 provisional ballots were rejected in the General Election due to the individual not being registered to vote. Wait, WHAT! You mean votes were not blindly accepted! Screening processes were employed! You know, ones to prevent voter fraud. Wow. Who'd of thought. Apparently not Trumpette's.
I think I understand this. Someone audited the people who conducted the election. Those who conducted the election disagreed with the result. You consider the denial of those being audited as fact. Did I understand you correctly? What point is there in asking people to investigate themselves? Incidentally this wasn't an investigation. It was simply a recount. Nobody is really concerned with the counts. Any computer can count. They are concerned that not all the ballots were executed by whom was expected to execute them.
Some of the claims made by the auditors have been taken out of context by reporters. In many of their statements they are not so much making accusations so much as they are asking questions. There have been two such situations that I can think of where the question was the result of the auditors looking in the wrong place to get to the files which contain the information they were looking for.
I think one of the things that is apparent coming out of the Arizona audit is just what a @#$%-show our elections are that they cannot be easily audited. That said, they have raised preliminary questions - they've not made accusations yet. Watch the AZ Senate hearing for proof.
Asking the questions? They were given all the necessary information and yet they can't come to a conclusion, making vague statements alluding to fraud when none have been proven. Now they want to canvas door to door?
I do not think any of it is legitimate. I often get the feeling that the Republican Party wants to destroy the United States, turn into something akin to Russia.
They were not given all the information they said (and the courts agreed by issuing subpeonas) was necessary, because the county still has not complied with all of the subpoenas. Part of the reason this keeps dragging on is because the county keeps refusing to comply. The senate has threatenned to arrest the county elections board until the subpoenaed material is provided, and I suspect that may have to happen before the the audit can be completed.
They weren't looking for anybody competent. They were just looking for somebody to tell them what they want to hear. The fact check in that link leaves no doubt.
You'll have to prove it after they're finished. The results have already threatened to be challenged in court. So I suppose we will see. More likely that the election was the crap show.
Genetic fallacy. It's amazing how many of these fallacies get thrown about. It's like every third post with liberals. Let's say that you're correct (and that the previous "auditors" weren't chosen for what Maricopa County wanted to hear) - that does not logically mean their results are invalid. You'll need to address the audit results SPECIFICALLY, and not smear the auditors, to have any credibility here.
You missed the whole point. This thread is about the auditors. The link in the OP proves they are incompetent. Now, if you want to claim that, despite them having no clue what they're doing, they might get it right in the end? Yeah! Not impossible. And that we might one day discover a breed of pigs with wings and that fly. Not impossible either.
