When I first heard the TDS term, I thought it was a joke. It's real. You can bring up nearly any subject with my brother in law and he runs to Orange Man Bad. It's crazy and he's not alone. You should see the dude's Facebook Page.

To be clear, you're referring to the execution of the withdrawal, not the decision to withdraw, right? Because I think there's a lot of fair room to debate the decision. It was not objectively wrong or right. I personally think we should have stayed but I acknowledge that reasonable minds can differ there.

Assuming you're referring to the execution, I think it's a no brainer that everyone acknowledges it was a total failure. As to who should be fired over it, that depends. If Biden was acting on bad intel, then perhaps the person who gave him that intel should be fired. But if it comes out that Biden ignored intel that predicted this outcome, then I won't be voting for him in 2024.

 

I 100% want us out and have advocated for it for a long time. 2,500 in country with zero deaths a year is pretty damn good. Ripping them out without warning allies or our civilians is insane.

Biden won't be running in 2024. The man shuffles and babbles on a regular basis. Hell, the idiot ate a booger on camera.

 

So, tRump, in June, claimed credit for the Afghanistan withdrawl at an Ohio rally, said he put the withdrawl in motion in such a way that it couldn't be stopped. So, can you have it both ways? Is it President Biden's fault the Afghan's folded ... or Donald Judas tRump's?



The whole vid is worth watching but tRump takes credit for the problems we're having in Afghanistan between 0:10 and 0:50; only 40 seconds of your time.

It's too late. The parties guilty for this fiasco left office years ago--Cheney, Bush & Companies. Certainly the record is clear that Obama & Companies succeeded in keeping the fiasco going and would not let Trump end it.
