The Department of Justice was ordered on Wednesday to respond to motions to unseal the warrant used in the FBI's raid of Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home.
Order follows revelations from the former president's son Eric Trump in an interview with DailyMail.com that the FBI did not hand over a copy of the warrant to a lawyer on the Florida property at the time of the raid.
Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, who allegedly signed and approved the unprecedented search, said the DOJ must file by Monday a response to motions to unseal the document from the Albany Times Union and conservative group Judicial Watch.

 

When he first took all those documents........ did anyone check to see what he was taking?? Someone should have known what all he took........and recorded it.........IF it was "ok" to take them in the first place.

Every one is ablaze about the search warrant........but this has been a n issue from the time he took the items.
He might say he cooperated..........but give his propensity for lying........ and his personality.......... one should not take that face value.

He's lying. The DOJ only answered motions that were already filed and ordered.
They wouldn't file to unseal their own search warrants. Laughable but sellable to those gullible few left over 15%ers.
They may have filed no contest and agreed but thats all.
The judge already beat him to the punch and ORDERED the DOJ to either unseal or give reason why they shouldn't no later than Monday.
